- Coffee chat. It's the 1st of April. It's three months since we started the Walk 1000 miles in one year challenge. Let us know how you are getting on. I have reached the 250 mile target for the end of March. A look at the new embroidery hoop I am working on. I'm in the process of making another batch of pet beds. Keeping busy to cut down on screen time.

Hello Ilona thank you for another of your videos. I'm in awe of your energy and your attitude to this insane life. I'm afraid that I don't do any exercise now as my balance is bad and I suffer with Vertigo quite badly. I realise that my world is getting smaller as each year passes as I don't go out much because I'm afraid of falling. I wish I could do my garden still but back problems and Arthritis has put paid to that. I'm 79 and get so cross that I can't do the things I want to, so I watch you instead and carry on knitting 😂🤣 Xx

Hi ilona ,TY for your time an video.Lovely the green an blue embroidery and Love Yellow colors,my favorite is buttercup yellow 😀.I was out an about today ,was cold 🥶 out windy 🌬️🍃 but i bundled up an went on a river walk ,seen two doves,old house's,an a some turtles babie ones an a med and large under a bridge .Keep safe x , i look for you everyday day on, as not much good on.

I long for the days when I could walk as I did in my youth. My Nan and I would embark on lengthy strolls, traversing miles together. We participated in the annual Christian aid sponsored walk, a journey of, I believe, 22 miles. One year, when I was around 10, my Nan took a tumble and rolled down a hill, only to be assisted by the Vicar. Despite the fall, she completed the walk, albeit concerned that the Vicar might have glimpsed her undergarments. It's an unforgettable memory.

Fantastic the pet beds to raise money for cats bless you and your sewing I going to make flower brooches we have a secondhand shop that just popped up to raise money for animals I have been taking lots to the shop to help out. I love walking I have my dog Pug Blossom we out twice a day in parks and by the sea it's lovely yes we all need to stand in our power I do that alright I am a free spirt I do my own thing. I make an effort everyday to walk . My walks are shorter until the cold winds subside. I will strike out in full force come warmer weather .
I have been walking/ running for decades. Tremendous guilt if I miss days.

Hi Ilona. I was trying to add enough miles to the 14 I do each week so I could get to 1000 by years end, but the idea was better than the reality. 😂 so I’ll probably end up at about the same number as last year or…? Haha. Well, still getting out everyday for the 2 miles in fresh air and sunshine so I won’t complain. Look healthy and spiffy in your daffodil sweatshirt. Toodle pip from the US!

I wish could walk some. I have severe issues with my ankles and feet and osteo arthritis. Plus this summer I'm getting a second knee replacement. You go girl!!

I try to go out for a walk most days, even if it's only for the shortest of distances. Fingers crossed, better weather is on the way soon.. we can but hope.

Just added up my walking total so far this year from my fitbit - 460.89 miles. It's now a rainy Bank Holiday Monday so I doubt I will be getting many steps today 🙁

Hello. Youtooob throws up suggestions based on what I usually watch. I save the entertaining ones for the evening when I am relaxing. These are mostly alternative lifestyles. Living in a van, a boat, cycling, camping, caravanning, a tiny home, or travelling videos. When I am sewing I listen to interviews, because it's impossible to watch a screen and watch what my hands are doing at the same time.
I find most people are just like ostriches
And other people are like sheep,cant use their own brain
