Personally I feel there’re three ways to penetrate a new market:
    1. Conquer your home base then use that star power to negotiate with a Major label how you’ll penetrate the next target (Nigeria, U.K, France)
    2. Migrate to the new market and hustle like an upcoming artist disregarding your previous status.
    3. Stay in your country but CONSISTENTLY try to collaborate with “popping” artists from your desired market.
    Much love from 🇳🇬

Just came across your channel. You will blow soon. The only thing you need is to do an interview with a Nigerian star. Even a phone interview will change your channel

The reason the kocee song blew up in Nigeria is because he sounded 100% Nigeria in that song.. in fact I never knew about the song nor the name kocee I just heard it from you right now and I went to listen to it.
Stanley Eno is well known but he doesn't sound Nigerian he's more of an R&B and Nigerians only vibe with afrobeats

I did not know Kocee is not Nigerian. I watched the video when it came out and have listened to the music multiple times, I assumed he was from Eastern Nigeria.
He should definitely come back and make 9ja his base for a while. He has the 9ja vibes

Majority of Anglophone Cameroonians(southerners) were originally Igbos precisely before the 1961 balkanisation.

You are very correct. Persistence is the word. Shazney Okawa was persistent, and that is why she is now recognised in Nollywood. And if im not mistaken, i think She's the only Cameroonian in Nollywood so far...

@@bestekezie1793 John and Empress are Nigerians and not Cameroonians. Him marrying a Cameroonian doesn't make him one. Shazney is the ONLY known Cameroonian to have broken into Nollywood
