BB9 Natalie just counting everything and somehow getting the right answer from all the wrong steps is always going to be one of my favorite BB moments. Absolutely iconic.
The problem with the BB18 room is how it was obviously visible to anyone who watched Paul go in. If, for instance, the phone booth was not transparent, it's possible that Paul could have locked himself in and not needed to reveal that he found anything to other players. The Black Hole in BBCan5 is so much cooler because we as the audience are in on the secret with William, and we want to see him succeed too.
Actually, the secret room would have been if the show didn’t blatantly drop clue post-veto, and since America’s Care Package was the next upcoming twist, they could use that to tied in the secret room.
This is something I wish they would implement or rotate whether it’d a prize, power, or used for more competition(s), since Big Brother is all about being aware of your environment, both in terms of the houseguests and even the house itself
The fake double eviction twist is honestly so great - in the UK big brother they did them often and the fake double in the Celebrity edition with Farrah and Jenna was so entertaining to watch.
BB Australia 2021 season had 4 secret rooms! The first was a basement accessed via a hidden panel in the sofa! The second was an attic revealed via a secret fold up ladder that was hidden above a fake ceiling fixture in the hallway. The third was a room hidden behind a locked door off the laundry. Once revealed, every week the room would change interior design and function depending on the challenge that week. The 4th and final hidden room was another one accessed via a hidden panel in the hallway. This was an infinity room made of top to toe mirrors which made one feel like they were floating in a void.
I absolutely want more secret rooms! And I fully agree that BBUS needs to take notes from BBCAN because the latter does way more to change up the houses and all we get are cosmetic changes in the US. Also, I watched the season 18 thing live and I thought it was a dumpster fire haha
The BB CAN 4 secret room was a carbon copy of the secret room from BB UK 5. Such a good season and that room caused a ton of drama. "No. Naked. Jacuzziness!"
The BB6 secret room was the coolest thing to me when I first saw it growing up!! Also, I didn't watch the whole season, but in BBAU last year there was a fake eviction with a secret room similar to the one you showed for BBCAN4. The person who went in there really brought that twist (and season) to life! (and lol yes I did stop watching the season after they were out for good :P )
Secret rooms were a regular feature of British Big Brother from Season 5 onwards. In fact, the first time it was used, it was indirectly responsible for the most infamous moment in the show's history: Fight Night. 😬
I think you should specify North American BB in your titles because this doesn't even scratch the surface of cool secret rooms BBAU this year centered all-around secret rooms.
The BBCAN 4 Secret Suite was actually inspired from secret suites used both in BBUK & BB Australia, and they already had a BBUK producer within the Canadian team by then, I believe. So yeah, they did that and BB USA should learn a lesson or 2 from BB Canada!
My most favorite secret room wasn't featured but I don't know if you do Australia. It was the mirror room. It was beautiful and magical. That was from last year.
Now im starting to wonder if every season has a secret room and nobody finds it so its not shown on the show. That could actually happen because in the newer seasons a lot more stuff goes on so the houseguests dont have time to find a secret room. Or maybe im over speculating things. Who knows?
Hated the BBCAN4 twist! Im a lovita stan and im still bitter that they chose Kelsey to come back in with such a huge advantage. BB18 round trip ticket was sucha flop. Also such a complicated way of putting the clues together. BBCAN5 did it best imo and i remember when i watched it play out on the show it was the most epic thing ever
yea i think BB18 had potential it was just the end result that sucked, like the first person to find it had 0 advantages over everyone else especially because the telephone had windows and was in a central spot of the house.... like!?!? If they had made the entry point more exclusive and the end a secret veto or something it wouldve been great.
Wait, is there a video about the most detailed/ craft based competitions???? If so what is it called??? This video really got me thinking about the designs of the house and comps!!
Actual, a video topic suggestion based on this video is notable times houseguests in either the US or Candy got screwed by acquiring/using power, whether traditionally, like HoH or veto, via twist (like arguably Meech’s Co-HOH care package, especially since Meech probably very similarly to Nicole in endurance based comps)
I like this better than having people vote on which HG gets special power. I hope in BB25 next year they will implement a room to grab a powerful VETO.
BBCan secret rooms ate way more interesting. I love the Blackhole (but not that robot) BBAus 2021 had tons of interesting secret rooms too, the tunnel, attic, diamond room and a lot more
YESSS BBAUs whole theme this year was secret rooms and they were quiet well done. I really loved the attic. And the tunnel leading out from the bench was amazinnggg
The funniest thing about William's veto was that Karen legit saw him come out of it and when production told her to keep quiet about it and she wasn't allowed to mention it even in the dr 😂 because they were hopping William would use it on a certain someone. Just another way of production twisting the game.
i mean it didn’t really matter anyways because william had the regular veto as well and probably would’ve just used that one to save kevin if he didn’t have the secret one
@@nizzle428 it definitely had an impact on the game. If he had used the regular veto it pretty much would've destroyed his relationship with the rest of the house. Because William was the only person who wanted to save Kevin that week. So the twist helped him save his ally and his social game in one move.
Idk, it’s too elaborate of a method to specifically try to save one guy and they had no way of knowing that William would find the clue. Definitely feels like this was a preplanned thing from the start.
@@handsoaphandsoap Yeah, the fishy part is that they locked the pantry door and didn't let anyone in while he interacted with the robot arm. I'm also pretty sure they assigned rooms to clean and gave William the room with the first clue, but I could be wrong about that.
You probably don't want to touch this with a ten foot pole but you could make a video about the history of Big Brother racism. It seems like this season is the answer to all the shitty seasons of the past so maybe there is comparing and contrasting possible.
I HATE that they basically made that scavenger hunt not matter at all. It ended up just being a lottery that Paul luckily should've won. They should've only had one envelope and only paul should've got it

Paul uses they/them pronouns
@@Survivorfan1111 it that recent, since I don’t remember that in either of Paul’s season?

Love every opportunity to see more Karen from BBCAN. “I know what’s fun…Naked hot tub”. Just the greatest Karen of all time

I was today years old when I learned that Mitch from ASAPScience was on BB Can
You know the, "that was easy" Staples buttons? I need one that says, "Karen, stop that" for work LOL
