Basic 1-An NRI selling an immovable property in India,what should be the TDS? How to claim it back?

It's an attempt to make tax payers especially NRIs aware about prevailing income tax provisions regarding sale of an immovable property in India. NRIs being located out of India are generally not in touch with current income tax provisions and complaince. This whole series will be based on common questions which my NRI clients mostly ask when they plan to sell a property in India.
