I really appreciate the time it took you, Kassinova the Don and Kori Poe to make the additional elements that pushed this SCP to the next level. I look forward to seeing the updated SCP article, with this new content added.
This is arguably one of the most wholesome scp's on the site. In a sea of murderous objects classified as "safe" with legitimate monsters out hunting us down, a disc with pretty good music is the anomaly among anomalies.
The changes represent the definitive version of the article; Gwen Pristine, Thaumiel class and all. Ultimately, it makes more sense to have that here, with the music, to get the complete intended effect of the article. The production work here was stellar by everyone involved, and I'm honored and grateful to be a part of this great channel. It was important to get the music right, so I sat with the talented artist Kasinova Tha Don to reinterpret and record the raps I'd written, as I wanted this to be a tribute, not a parody. The inspiration for this SCP was simple: the Foundation is forever tugging at the edges of big, incomprehensible, eldritch bad guys, forces of malevolent intent beyond comprehension. But what if, one time, accidentally, they tugged on the edge of something good. What if it's not all mayhem and monsters out there, insanity and pain. Maybe there's someone looking out for us, too. Maybe they even like us. Maybe they want to help. As for the rest, in the words of Tupac himself: We gotta make a change It's time for us as a people to start makin' some changes Let's change the way we eat Let's change the way we live And let's change the way we treat each other You see, the old way wasn't working so it's on us to do What we gotta do, to survive Thank you so much Volgun and everyone!
This is soooooo good I'm playing it on repeat. If Tupac's "Prepare" at the end of his interview is in any way related to SCP 001 - The Gate Guardian's "PREPARE," does that mean he has some association with that SCP? Is Tupac an angel? God? Some other omniscient being? I'm confused yet happy at the same time. For some reason, listening to this has really lifted my spirits.
Ok, so I initially had zero interest in this one when it came up. Those song samples were amazing and have effectively changed my mind on this SCP. Stunning. I happily eat my previous words.
The last word made me remember that one of the original O5 received the message "Prepare" from the gate guardian SCP-001, and recent digging brought me to the Experiment Logs for SCP-682 who was tested against SCP-001 Gate Guardian, being attacked twice, and claiming that the gate guardian wasn't the real "Uriel". My thoughts? Tupac is the real Uriel who was on break. An archangel who fights sin. Worst sin of all; murder.
I think this is a cool concept for an scp, and the Tupac audition only makes it more interesting. It’s Like he’s watching over the world. Reminds me a bit of that old movie frequency. Great stuff.
The vague way he describes his death, "I can't be chasing the KING all the time" and the numbers used to code this SCP item Prepare, prepare... "prepare" My assumption? He is one of the few the angel say "prepare" and for worst he discover something about a cult (children of the scarlet king) that's why I think the way he describes his death has many redacted (one cult very, VERY sadistc).
Bro he is the actual god, 343 a fake. Tupac was the true god taking a break cause he cant be fighting the scarlet king all the time. He commands the scp 001 😂 i hope haha

Tupac living on as a ghost SCP may be the most comforting and comical thing at the same time Edit: I don’t think this much speculation over an SCP in the comment section of an already retarded to begin with comment is healthy
Implication I got was that Tupac wasn’t human to begin with. That he only moonlighted as human for a short period before returning to being omniscient and watching over humanity.
Researcher: "We have CD which gives us new Tupac songs and allows us to go after every single murderer ever." 05: "Shut it down, too dangerous." Also 05: "We need to engage in more ritualistic human sacrifice to study this SCP. Have we tried feeding it kids yet? Maybe we could sacrifice the ethics committee."
@@97Multiphantom There are more powerful ones. But those are usually self containing or self destructing. For example theres the scp that is pure nothingness in a human body, which killed every single other scp it ever came into contact with and all of humanity, there is the scp that took over a foundation scientist and tortured them for 3 million years before the scientist managed to kill both of them together (not before altering and molding the universe millions of times to torture just that scientist), and also the scp that took the form of a boy who cant exceed all levels of reality, theoretically reaching beyond the fictitious reality and into our own.

Well there is a story about how 110 Montauk works because everyone is convinced it is something terrible and that firmly held conviction is the real power that binds.
@@pilkers2 I kinda disagree. The thing that makes SCP-231 interesting at all is the implication behind it, the fact that we don't actually know what 110-Montauk even is. I think it's a genuinely neat idea that that goes beyond being a simple writing trick to make it stick in your mind, and becomes something that actually utilises it to expand the universe. Maybe it shouldn't be canon, and I think I'm of that view myself, but the existence of the possibility and a story about it is a genuinely novel idea.

I love how this implies that Tupac ascended to some near godlike existence. Wouldn't want it any other way, honestly. Like if he wanted, he could crush the foundation, but he's a genuine force for good.
Nevermind I just saw that last bit, that's even better.

And then others are just “Tupac is helping us solve cold cases from beyond the grave.”
And capture thousands of SCPs and fighting the scarlet king.
this implies he’s dead 😳
More like tupac is a divine being fighting against any and all sin. From normal murder all the way up to the scarlet king
I just wanna say, you are one of the best things to ever happen to the SCP community. The way you collaborate with others and have become the voice for SCP's like SCP-049 or how you created original assets to replace older images on the site. Such as SCP-035's is wonderful. I really appreciate the time it took you, Kassinova the Don and Kori Poe to make the additional elements that pushed this SCP to the next level. I look forward to seeing the updated SCP article, with this new content added.

Pretty good? Go listen to the “real” pac
Idk bout that one chief, have you read about scp-999?
“Pac Watch” and “The Suge Knights” is fucking hilarious to me
The changes represent the definitive version of the article; Gwen Pristine, Thaumiel class and all. As for the rest, in the words of Tupac himself:
We gotta make a change
It's time for us as a people to start makin' some changes
Let's change the way we eat
Let's change the way we live
And let's change the way we treat each other
You see, the old way wasn't working so it's on us to do
What we gotta do, to survive
Thank you so much Volgun and everyone!

Maybe a god of creation? After all, he is fighting the Scarlet King who started killing his brothers and sisters first.
I like the words "omnipotent" and "angel" so I'll take either😊
I feel like Tupac being an angel would work more within the context of this scp, since he doesn't appear that powerful.
Metatron?
Would that mean Tupac is able to fight 076?

@@97Multiphantom There are more powerful ones. But those are usually self containing or self destructing. For example theres the scp that is pure nothingness in a human body, which killed every single other scp it ever came into contact with and all of humanity, there is the scp that took over a foundation scientist and tortured them for 3 million years before the scientist managed to kill both of them together (not before altering and molding the universe millions of times to torture just that scientist), and also the scp that took the form of a boy who cant exceed all levels of reality, theoretically reaching beyond the fictitious reality and into our own.
