Iphone 11 Pro max, frame rated dropped from 120 Hz to 60 Hz, after updating to IOS 17.3. Big difference swiping up and down reading text. all blurry now. It used be very smooth. Look like Apople wanted us to get the latest Iphone... This time not the battery. but to slow your screen refresh rate down.
