Hey guys couple of corrections: Ice breaker bows start at T9 with Soyuz, Sinop and Vlad have extended armor plates that travel roughly 1/2 way up their bow. Of course these will deny Yammy/Musashi and Shiki shells pens when angled. Soviet bias Super fast turret traverse begins at T9 as well.
Even gk has better dispersion at long range than kremlin and if you want to get closer to use her "Soviet close range dispersion" you will watch yourself melt like a piece of butter.

kremlin guns shoot like shit unless your targets are 10km in or less, and it burns like no other... i often get set on fire with a single shell then as soon as you know it you have 3 fires and youre just getting overpens and bounces on cruisers

They will earrn 5% elite commander XP like all captains who aren't max level will post rework. Only 21 point commanders will have all commander XP converted to elite commander XP.
that's the point why this long boring vid to explain the current commander skill and after few days the new commander skill rework will start and will removed all that ....no meaning for this vid

I think it's better to use Aux Mod 1 rather than main gun as Carrier will come for you and being without AA is not good
