For years I get up very early. It's always been natural for me. I go outside with bare feet and ground myself. I spend an hour or more in meditative thought communicating with my higher self. Then a year or so ago, I began to hear people talk about grounding. My understanding clicked and I now know why. I'm amazed that there are so many things that raise ones vibration, And they all come naturally. Chosen ones naturally gravitate to things that raise their vibration. It feels natural.

Great message Denzo. I really needed this today. I’m trapped with two very low vibrational ppl and it’s llike living in Hell. I pray for my freedom one day and I spend a lot of time with my dog alone to ground myself. It’s a really scary place to be but I know how to escape. I appreciate you ❤

You're not trapped. Everyone has a choice to leave, unless they are underage. When you realize that you attracted that, for whatever reason. You can then raise your frequency, and attract better people, but you have to make the choice. NEVER argue with negative people. It feeds them!

Denzo here is a really good link to explain one of your recent videos. You said your ex knew who you were before you did. I also left a comment that one of my model "friends" whose husband died young and left her to be a millionaire, was also stalking me and I overheard her say to another predator "friend" that I was the "real thing." I was confused what that meant until I started learning about being an empath. This video makes a distinction between narcissists and psychopaths. Narcissists don't see you and they are all about the validation and supply but psychopaths SEE you. It confirms that quite a few of my model friends whose husbands died early are probably psychopaths not narcissists.
