My brother in law is a plumber that worked on the palo verde nuclear plant in the early 90's. I had to drive out there to rescue him in his broken down truck. That town looked a whole lot different back then.
I'm literally surprised this channel has not done any videos for Gold Canyon, Arizona (85118 area code). I always thought that area was a hidden gem and value compared to Scottsdale at least 20 years ago and much prettier than Buckeye. Small patio homes there were going for around $120,000 back in 2003 are now around $465,000 now.
This makes me sad, my fiancé and I bought August 2022 and it’s crazy how if we were ready just a year prior we would’ve been able to get more house for the money 😢 but hey God is good we were still able to buy just had to buy in a more rural area.
It's interesting how the price really is BASE price in these homes. No landscaping , granite, upgraded fixtures or appliances as shown etc. Some of the flooring might be upgraded too. I'd be interested in the price as shown for the model.

I live there its buckeye not tonapah. It's called Tartesso. Have lived here since 2013 and love the area. I bought one of the older homes before the developer bought all the remaining lots. It didn't take long to sell them all out
What’s up man, that was definitely an interesting house, those corner lot houses are the best for backyard space. The house we recently purchased in Maricopa has a postage stamp sized back yard in comparison that model.
This is subdivision is called tartesso. I bought my house for 210k in 2019. 1,950 sq feet 4bd/2 bath plus a den and 2 car garage. Now my house is worth almost 400k.
Makes me so sad cause we bought this year and would’ve been able to get more house in a more developed area last year 😭 but hey we were still able to get in with a 4.8% interest rate at least 😅

I like some separation in my rooms, a slightly open feel not totally closed off lie older homes but not wide open like the prairie. My times have changed and its everywhere

Sup you always have great content man! Many of these houses are cool but theres ONE Grocery store for 20 miles and its ALWAYS packed with crazy rude people. There arent any bars or places for residents to meet one another and the HOA’s you pay arent enforced. The far west is FAR from Civilized lol. Model homes are always the highest price homes in the subdivision. This IS NOT a $300,000 home. Maybe 12-18 months ago. Here’s a tip. If you work in the east valley like Gilbert, Chandler, QC or STV, check out living in Coolidge. You can by a new 1400 sqft home for under $300k. There are two parts of Coolidge, old and new. New is north of town. You can buy a 15 year old 2 story 2000 sqft home in the high 200’s. Good luck

No, simply because as areas get built out, builders are seeking property that is available. That happens to be these areas. People are buying, especially those who are transplants to Arizona. Demand is high, and so will be the price. I had a house built in 2013 that is very similar paid 200k. Is now worth 440k. Crazy how the equity just skyrocketed.
Everything just went crazy. I bought the home next to it in August 2020 but the model here in this video was in the 260s at the time, and those upgrades were only like 12k more!!

We sold it for $380k we were talking with our realtor you told us can not find anything for under $300k anymore. She said you can but either its A) going to be in a bad neighborhood or B) Need a lot of work but more than likely it will be both. Your best bet would be go out and buy some land and throw a mobile home on the property for $250k.

Because there is constant flow over the Internet about Lake Powell getting lower and lower etc. and 20 23 to 2025 would be unknown about how much water will be in the southwest. And then I am still receiving phone calls from real estate agents like crazy in the middle of the night Up till 10 PM about homes in Phoenix, I never seen so much Greed in my life but it sounds like these people are trying to make show much money, so they can get out of Phoenix before the SHTF!

Love this one!! I would definitely add hardware to the cabinets to keep them clean. I really like the floorplan. The size of the lot is a bonus as you'd have plenty of room for a pool, deck, garden, outdoor BBQ area. Really nice! A little on the high side, but that's to be expected these days. Great job Super!
