    Very cool. I find I am doing iterations of my own work…and this feels akin to that. I photograph my work and then use the photos for new work. I print a fabric for a project and then use it for something new.

    That tissue paper striping technique is so good! I feel like this is 100% art journal / junk journal material! 💕💕💕💕 thank you for sharing ! 💕💕💕

    Lovely idea. This a good thing to do when unsure of what to do next. It’s taken me way to long to give myself permission to play.

      Yes, exactly. It's a great way to warm up, try out new ideas, see what can be done, before moving to more "precious" materials.

    I think you should design fabric. I would buy it. Ann😊

      Aw... thank you so much Ann. Designing fabric was something I once dreamed of doing... Of course now I have no idea how one would go about doing such a thing, but thank you for the encouragement!

    On the charcoal page you got a fox, and I really like him. Looks like he's peering out behind park railings. Hope you don't hide him when you are stitching. I really like the way you work.

      Thx so much Vanessa. This is really only the first few layers, there will be much more to follow, so that fox that you see may go into hiding! ❤️

    Playing and suspending critical voice is so important when exploring! Really like your mixed media experiments. It’s a practice I try hard to do everyday. I find most of my development happens when I am playing! Eventually I assess what I’m doing but that comes weeks later. Really enjoy seeing your process and am so happy that you are sharing your creativity again! By the way, “The Beast” turned out great! How will you hang the piece with the grommets? What hardware will you use?

    • @ArianeZurcher212
      @ArianeZurcher212  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thx so much Deb. Currently The Beast is hanging from some great removable hooks that I found: amzn.to/3PK2Zv2. These are great and are all but invisible.
