I have been on TH-cam now a month old. Let me tell you it's tough here getting people to subscribe to your channel. But all I can say is never lose hope. Never give up. Keep God first in every thing that you do and stay focused. It will all be worth it at the end of the day. Be passionate and never loose focus

to be fair, no one was making money back then. it took a while before it became profitable. i remember when only a few channels had a million subs, it was INSANE to have that many back then. now thousands and thousands of channels have multimillions of subs. things have changed but I do wish the early money makers made videos like this so we can compare the stats.

@@CandiceCeleste yes thank you for your reply. It means alot. Quick quick sis. I just hit abt 300 subs but I have been asking for "support" from my youtube peers. Should I be worried. I don't want that to effect my monitization later. You know what I mean. What you think and did you do that in the beginning?
No, you have nothing to worry about. You have to ask for support for your channel to grow in the beginning. But some people are doing like these sub for sub groups where 50 or 100 people join a group and they all subscribe to each other just to get their subscribers up. I never did sub for sub or anything like that, I just posted my videos on my Facebook & Instagram & asked people to subscribe that way. Also, it’s good to remember that doing sub for sub can get you subscribers but it won’t help with your watch hours because they’re just subscribing to you so that you will subscribe to them but they are not actually watching your videos or interacting with your content.
