I understand what you’re saying but the reason why some people are able to make the predictions is because the people who receive their appointment date come forward and let everyone in the group know…that is how they’re able to estimate the date around which the embassy might give the next time
@livingbeth Thanks for your understanding and addition. I’m aware of this group you’re talking about. That’s why I mentioned that it’s not bad to be in such group-you only have to be vigilant so that you’re not scammed. The people scammed were also in a group and it happened. You know that giving estimate is different from telling someone you can give an exact date right? That’s my only worry, and not about the group at all.
I just mailed the embassy for a follow up on my appointment date after waiting for 18 weeks, only to be informed that the waiting period is now 40 weeks. This is frustrating.
@ewuresi_ thank you for letting us know. The 14 weeks estimate I gave in the video was based on October booking. It is possible that now it has been increased further. That is why I also mentioned to always check for updates from official and authentic sources. Have a great holiday

Thank you for your feedback. An account number will be given to you to pay. You can also use the card payment where you only have to enter your relative’s card details and then it is debited directly. I wish you all the best in your application
I can’t tell the exact duration since it depends solely on the foreign office of the particular city you want to get it from. It can take weeks or months.

I’ve been waiting for 15 weeks now, meanwhile I was asked to wait for 10-12 weeks. My school has already started and I take my classes online.

I was on the waiting list for 17 weeks before getting a date for the next 5weeks, making it a total of 22 weeks from booking to interview date
