it is advisable to start looking for accomodation as soon as your secure admission and you know that you meet all the requirement for the visa. You can cancel your contract with the landlord if your visa is refused
Thank you my brother Richmond for answering for answering him this way. Let me add my personal experience to it which forgot to state in the video; I secured my room even before going for interview. I was very sure that I was going to get my visa so I signed the contract with the landlord BUT I DIDN’T PAY ANY MONEY. I told him I would pay him on the day I take the keys from him. Note that not all Kandlords will agree like mine. I hope this one helps you.
