Wow! You guys are so lucky! It's not easy to spot pygmy elephants. I guess you guys are a few of the lucky ones who managed to catch a sight of these rare species of elephants. ❤
Yes we are, that's why we wanted to share it with you all just in case you don't get the opportunity to see them
@@themothfamily same also for east-west hway in peninsular Malaysia.. its something we try to avoid but the 'lucky' person may had opportunities to saw them. Even lucky when the whole family of them just lay down on the hway during night time. So better for the both ways just U-turn instead of wait for them move away..😅😅

I think what you"re doing with your boys is amazing, a big kudos to both of you! Alfred Russell Wallace, was an evolutionary biologist whose theory predates Darwins', conducted his research in Sabah and throughout Borneo. A good thing to know when studying evolution. Super video!

Well done. Unfortunately the last sumatran rhino in captivity died in sabah not long ago.

MORE THAN ANYTHING, I'M JUST SO PROUD OF U2 FOR INVESTING IN EACH OTHER THRU SUCH TRIPS AND THE WORLD OF WEALTH CAN NEVER COMPENSATE IT!
U know that elephant could hear u from a far. I make a wish once on my way back to terengganu from perak state(peninsula mlaysia) i want to see elephant and lo n behold around 7am in the morning the biggest elephant i ever seen appeer on the road blocking us all.. cars n lorry.. bless also they were calm too. They were not pygmi but maybe close related to the thailand species

Continue to enjoy your jjcm ( _jalan jalan cari makan_ ) there all around malaysia while discovering loads more what this earth has and at the same time discovering your own selves too - in malaysia _jalan jalan cari makan_ would be somewhat akin to australia's walkabout, except that mostly it's right smack in the city or at least in some small towns, and not in any desert setting 😬 And, the primary objective apart from rediscovering/bonding with family members or friends, is also to discover/return to some (usually) delicious food, malaysians' pastime! 😂😂😂😂

Anyway I myself have just several hours ago, drove back from jjma ( _jalan jalan makan angin_ ) which translates directly into: walk walk eat air. Actual meaning is going for a trip, holidaying. Had a fantastic time negotiating the meandering roads, at 50 mph (80 km/h) at most, cutting through peak district just outside of sheffield, taking in the breathtaking view of the green rolling hills dotted with white wooly balls as sheeps casually continue to graze while finding sure footings on the slippery slopes high above the ravine - it was drizzling. Amazing sight! Amazing road trip!✨💖 Hope you guys have an amazing trip yourselves 👍

Many foreign tourist forgot about sabah, sarawak which is located in north borneo island. The most mainstream travelog they often got sharing on us just about Kuala Lumpur.. thats quite mainstream. Credit for Mitch on sharing bout our whole picture of malaysia.. about Penang, Sabah,.. we need more review about another place in malaysia rather than kuala lumpur itself.. u need to go to Northern part of malaysia to catch a beautiful sightseeing of green paddy field🎉 it will make it for both of u.. nice and good work🎉

They are not the same. Pygmy elephants are only found in Borneo. It's the sub-species of Asian Elephants that are found in Peninsular Malaysia.
