    NICE BURP!!! - LOL, Hey what distro are you running?, can you put it on the description, it be nice to know for those of us interested on getting good at Linux who Distro Hop for the moment to try it out; Great videos, I love your sense of humor, I always get a good laugh at some of your comments!

      the distro in the vm is voyager. im an arch/nix user btw

      @@jdanks Thank you for your reply, I am not sure that I am ready for pure ARCH yet, I will keep learning baby steps for now, I have tried Manjaro about a year ago, but the updates messed me up a couple of times and lost data so now I am going slow on LTS distros Mint, Kubuntu until I get better at Linux and save money to get me a newer replacement laptop and hopefully go Full Arch on it.

    yeah. thats the reason flatpak kinda sucks if you need to run it from a terminal.I like the idea of flatpaks more, but to me they're worse to actually use, because of the fact you need to do flatpak run then use their wierd name.
    I only install them if I know I will be setting up a keybind for the program or running it from a menu. I haven't messed with app images a ton. so I can't say if those are much better.

    You should try out artix, arch Linux without systemd

      ive used artix before i like it, ill probably do a video on it sometime i kind of want to install it again

    For me its not pointless because its the only new ubuntu-based distro which i can install. Every other crash on installer :) So i can see how shitty ubuntu became now and uninstall it and get back to arch based system.
