      Hi Gerry, its Salusalu (Dakua Salusalu), wood from fiji. used in wooden draws

      Thanks Matt for responding so quickly. I am a complete novice, have focused to date on getting some burrs together and am ready to get going. I’ve been looking for some advice on wood to use and I’ve found that difficult to source. To date mahogany is about the only suggestion and I’m looking to source that at the moment. I live in Scotland and there doesn’t seem to be many of the craft shops I’ve visited offering anything. My son in law is a joiner and he’s managed to find a supplier and I’ll check that out, but any types of wood you might suggest would be appreciated. Thanks, Gerry
