Non at all mate, bone dry the whole time... The only time I've had water into the cab was when I have been bogged for a couple of minutes in water which was bout 1/3 of the way up the door (different trip tho, not the cape).
how much did your fuel go up using bigger tyres, ARB bullbar, new suspension and snorkel? I'm running a px-2 standard and average 9.5L/100 (auto) but I'm keen on similar mods.
That was awesome man! Questions: At 1:43 the right tire of the truck doesn't spin at all. Is that a factory drive (differential thing) or upgraded? I know this ford can be factory upgraded for about 600 euros at least in country where I live. Would you recommand this truck for off road driving?
Sick vid mate - I have a 2015 px same color but stocko atm.... What suspension are you running ? Also any inside rubbing with the 285 s? Also did their size affect fuel consumption and speedo ?
Thanks man. It's 2inch Old Man Emu. An no issues with the 285, no rubbing at all. I think the bigger tyres have made speedo more accurate to be honest and it's probably marginally worse fuel economy (but bar work, weight, snorkle etc all prob contribute to that)
When the video was taken it was running standard ranger exhaust, the extra noise was more coming from the snorkel cause u can hear turbo spooling up better. I've since put a 3inch Playtime exhaust on and it sounds even better!
Mark Nisbet What brand lift do you have and how high. Also any issues with it. I've got an Ironman 2 inch in mine. But leafs squeak a bit. So looking at changing.

They are BFG KO2 Mud Terrain, 285's. They been brilliant, can't fault them.

At time I had snorkle, bull bar, rock sliders, LED Spotlights & rear camping lights, suspension lift and 285 tyres.

pressure seems too high on sand. you would have gone up a lot easier on sand hills with lower pressure.
