Bull I use both ram rider and e wiz and she never touches tower if e wiz is locked on

Must be nice to be able to play with a deck of your choice. Since last update every battle I play reverts to some obscure deck I was messing with before update. CR support has been no help. They asked for a screen video of what's going on. Sent it all They keep saying is their tech team will look into it. Is anyone experiencing this? Does anyone know how to fix this issue.
