COOKING GHANA FUFU DISH ON AN ISLAND | EATING WITH LOCAL GHANAIANS | LIVING IN GHANA WEST AFRICA
We headed to Ada in the greater accra region and cooked a popular Ghanaian dish called Fufu. We had this with local light soup.
Food forms a big part of experiencing living in Ghana. I hope you enjoy the video.

In Botswana 🇧🇼 & other SADC countries we eat different parts of the goat/animal separately. The stomach/intestines/ make tripe-we boil them, season & cut into small pieces. The head is cooked separately & the trotters/feet are eaten separately as well. We also make mats & clothes out of the animal hide as well

Very interesting! I am a big fan of many Ghanaian dishes. I can even eat banku and Ga kenkey plain without stew. Although I love cassava and kelewele plantains, I don't care for fufu. Maybe I need to come to that island to try it. Goat, pork and most beef cuts aren't for me either but the finished dish looks delicious.
