On this hunt I explored a few new locations and also went back to The School House. It's always exciting to come across old home sites while exploring in the woods. I thank the Lord for allowing me to find the silver dime and relics on this hunt. Hope yall enjoy the video, I will try to have some more up soon.

Another great video. I like that you show Gods country as much as what you find. Pretty blue marble. I think the message before and after is wonderful. Obeying what God wants us to do is sometimes drought with nay sayers. Push that aside and believe in what the Lord tells you.🙂

I went to a place today that i thought was going to be awesome. It was a property where a house burned up years ago. The house was built in 1902 and i spent most of the day digging up melted aluminum and lead. I was beat after about 6 hours and only found 1 penny from 1965. It was frustrating but it was my first experience with an old house the burned. It was a pretty piece of land and i got to clear my head and enjoy some time to myself. Great finds and thanks for the video

I have been detecting for a short time 2 months and 2 weeks now and have found 2 silver coins so far 1929 Mercury Dime .also a 1954 Roosevelt Dime .and wheat pennies .1941 ,1942 ,1943,1945, 2 -1948's 2 1955's 1957, and almost 50.00 change .and recyclable scrap bet 30.00 -40.00 dollars worth .. and quite a few trinkets and jewelry all with the Garrett Ace 250 ...happy hunting

You might want to scan those old chimneys. People would occasionally stick coins between the bricks of their chimney's for safe keeping and easy access, away from view.

Do you ch do the upper ledge of the fireplaces you run across? They were used many times to hide things upon. For those that are not familiar with what I am talking about. Inside the fireplace right above the firebox opening there is usually a ledge. You will have reach in and up to find it. It may be a few inches, like two bricks or so up. It is what causes the fireplace to draw air and not allow the smoke to flow back into the house. Just a little tip for those that aren't aware of it. HH and God Bless.

The little silver thing at 8:31 looks like a present shaped charm that was crushed flat.
I know this is a few years late but you mentioned that musket ball had been chewed on. Back during the revolution and American Civil War doctors would give wounded soldier a ball to chew on during amputations, hence the term "bite the bullet".

English ivy isn't indigenous to North America. It's indigenous to Europe, parts of Asia, and parts of Northern Africa. It was brought by the colonists. Originally, ivy growing all over the house would act as an insulator keeping cold from coming in and heat from escaping. Also English Ivy is an invasive plant so it will lead you to its origins.

Hi good video. Did you run your detector over the chimney bricks? I know a guy who found a pistol from the civil war era hidden in a cavity within an old chimney. I am getting ready to buy an AT pro. I hope its the right choice.
