Am I the only person here that thinks that Stacey is keeping that doubt in Darcy alive, so that Darcey separates from Georgie and so Stacey "has won" because she still has a boyfriend but not her sister??
Yeah they both do it for each other, the emotional labor of trying to create doubt, real or not, and destroy each other's relationships. It's just that Stacey is better at it because she has the comfort of having a "real" relationship, which in reality is just as sketch if not more than any relationship we've seen Darcey in.
Yes exactly! Last season we saw Darcy being jealous and finding bad things about Florian (he cheated so it was actually something bad), and telling Stacy to leave him. This season it seems that Stacy is trying to do something similar to Darcy

Stacey really needs help, she has all these insecurities in her relationship but project them onto Darcey so she can feel like the better, more in control twin.
100000%. Stacey is a HUGE contributor to the self-sabotaging Darcey does in relationships. Stacey just fans those flames as high as she can instead of helping to calm the situation and truly let Darcey just be happy. It’s like she gets off on watching her sister have horrible anxiety. And I know it doesn’t come from an evil place, it’s absolutely because Stacey’s own relationship is a dumpster fire and this makes her feel better about it but it’s so toxic for Darcey to be around

Bringing up the money concerns in front of his friends?? The first time meeting them???? How is THAT going to make them want to attend the wedding she’s hoping to have??? How are they going to feel knowing their friend is marrying someone who would act like that? First impressions are huge, and this was an awful one

Agreed. I can understand Darcey wanting to know more about these things, but asking/attacking him about them in front of other people....as a private person like Georgie, my blood would be boiling and I would most likely shut down completely and probably would have been the one to walk away.
Honestly I think I would break up if I was Georgie... I could not stand always being verbally attacked instead of having a calm collective conversation. The thing is Darcy is very reactive and you should respond and not react. I hope Darcy goes to therapy again.
I always wonder if Darcey watches herself on these shows. I don't understand how she and Stacey can go around accusing people of things and expect them to be neutral about it. She wouldn't like it if she were being drilled about her whole life in front of everyone.

When i started watching Dr Honda it was to gain empathy by understanding the behavior of the people on the show. After a while i stopped watching the shows and was only watching the reaction videos. Now I've started watching them again, just to see if i can predict Dr Honda's reactions.

Yes I agree. I think they like sabotaging each other’s relationships. Back when Darcy had that video of Florian with that woman she was in such a big hurry to tell Stacy. I remember they were out having a picnic I think and Darcy told Stacy right there about the video when they were trying to have a good time. Like she couldn’t wait until later? Their relationship as sisters is toxic.

Florian could have been nice to Georgi. In the last season when Florian was in trouble with Stacey about those photos and Stacey left him, Florian sat with him and supported him.
But he does not have Georgi’s back.

I think Florian was triggered by Georgi comparing their situations. Georgi CAN get a job he’s been in the US for ten years. Florian is still in the process of getting approval to work. He CANT work right now.
@@RockyDaTherapist but Georgie WAS working, it’s not like he was hopping from couch to couch for 10 years😂and they seem to forget *COVID* is a thing & massage therapists were out of work and he quit to be with her anyway, so it’d take time for him to find a new job (if they’re even open in CT, from google it looks like 1/3 of small businesses closed & it looks like they’re in a pretty small town but I could be wrong)
Darcy and Stacey are insufferable. Darcy says that she didn’t make Georgie quit his job to be with her. But if he didn’t, she would have made some drama about him not taking the relationship seriously because he won’t move for her. You can’t win with her.

@@PlsWaLuigiDomMe well he has been in the US for over 10 years by now and also his Ex-wife was a US citizen as well so most likely he got a citizenship or greencard. Beside a masseuse, he is also a fitness model and Fitness Guru. Soo he isn't actually limited on employment options. He seems very capable and intelligent.
Sure he isn't as rich as Darcey but he also isn't incapable of making his own money. Also he is in his mid 30's while Darcy is in her mid 40's. They technically don't have that huge of an age gap compared to Stacey and Florian or even Darcey and Jesse.
But based on his Ex-wife he is looking for a Sugar ma ma. 😂
About Darcey. She isn't looking for a rich man but she also isn't looking for a sugar baby. Even Jesse didn't got her to spend $50k on him or ask her to buy him a fur coat.
@@CrimsonEclipse i really don’t think he got here from marrying his ex, cause they were married for like a year & they separated a year+ at that point. So he’s been in the US for at least 7+ years prior to getting married.
And yea he can get a job, but it’s COVID & he moved to a completely new state that likely was shut down & didn’t have as many job opportunities as it normally would have. People seem to he forgetting this was when COVID shutdowns started & these are not normal circumstances😂
Now if this was 2018 & he wasn’t getting a job then thats a big red flag, but it’s not. He had like $1K saved in a sock, so clearly he HAS some form of $. Many 30/yo in America aren’t able to save much with higher paying jobs cause of bills, & he said he didn’t have a bank account so he likely couldn’t save his money over his 10 years here like most normally would be able to.
Now that “$50K” that Darcey said she spent, I think is bull & she just threw that number out😂they were in an apt for what, 3-6 months? A studio apt in Middletown (where I think they rented) is $750+, so even if it’s 2x that at $1500 that’s only 9K for 6 months. Is she counting food costs? Cause I doubt that equals $40K. Even the coat she bought him, and possibly any other shopping she did for him I HIGHLY doubt she paid $40K for. She just made that # up on the spot, lets be real😂
I can’t imagine her having $50K to spend on some dude within a YEAR of knowing him. Thats over $4K spent a MONTH…insane
What an awkward/ cringy conversation to have in front of people you just met
The idea that Georgi is extremely private about a past relationship being a "red flag" is kinda ridiculous. People don't owe others an explanation about their history, especially negative events. I was in an emotionally abusive "relationship" (relationship in quotes bc he was an adult and I was a minor) for 5+ years, but besides the few friends I told, no one knew (including my parents who I saw every day lol). Sometimes, people just don't share things, Darcey!
My point is, Georgi probably has a reason for not telling his friends about his wife/ex wife. I think he's just a quiet guy tbh and there's not much of a reasoning behind it lol. BUT. When it comes to Darcey, I'm sure his reason for not telling her (and lying to her about it) was to avoid her ganging up on him. I know she's insecure, but girl, there's better ways to get to know your partner.

You don't owe anyone but it's not fair to hide past trauma from your partner. Past behavior is sometimes an indicator of future behavior.

He must be exhausted. I don’t think anything short of falling into an actual Disney movie will convince these girls that a guy isn’t out to hurt them. No matter who it is or what his personality is like, they find a way to twist it into something sketchy and ruin what could have been. And I’m not saying Tom or Jesse or even Georgi is a complete angel but they didn’t deserve to be constantly hounded with hurtful, suspicious questioning. The first thing I noticed was how intoxicated Darcey sounded when the fight started with her slurred speech. I find the way Darcey, Stacey and Florian behaved in front of Gergie’s friend crass and unacceptable. I understand that Darcey has issues, but unless you are prepared to address then through therapy, you have no right to be in a relationship, because you emotionally abuse your partner. I found that scene with friends very triggering, all the shouting, accusations etc. too much toxicity for me. Poor friends, imagine that’s the first time you meet your friends partner? If anyone belittled my friend like that, I’d be advising him to think long and hard about the relationship. I would also offer him a safe space to stay at.
Darcey always talks about positive energy and even had her extensions “blessed” to get rid of any bad energy . What about the energy she gives out on daily basis ? If she believes in law of attraction, she should maybe rethink her energy first.

Lol, Georgie had no possible correct answer to the question about whether his ex-wife gave him money. If she did give him money, then it’s proof he’s a gold digger. She has her own flawed relationship but is trying to sabotage her sister's relationship (probably unconsciously) to not be the only girl with issues

The two of them seem to always do that to each other. Last season, Darcey did the same with Florian, although he did give much more reason to be suspicious, to be fair. But my guess is, both of them just want to "win" by having the better relationship. And if their own isn't going perfectly, they have to destroy the other one's. Sad thing, really.

My husband didn't tell anyone when he was divorcing his first wife and he didn't really tell anyone, except his very, very close friends about me, when we were dating. No one knew he got remarried until after several months. He's just not an over-share kind of man. He just doesn't tell anyone about his life. So I can relate to Georgie.

I’m introverted private person and find nothing wrong with the way Georgie is. I’ve four best friends, myself, my husband, my friend and my poodle. I don’t do acquaintances. I’ve always preferred quality over quantity. I like spending time by myself. Nothing wrong with that. I understand that both Darcey and Stacey are extroverts, but what is wrong with being introvert? If you want to understand more the “quiet” people in your life, read the book Quiet by Susan Cain.
His friends CONFIRMED that he doesn't share information about himself to anyone freely, and Paranoid Darcy STILL twists it around as "hiding something"!

I feel great sympathy for Georgi. For these 2 women to badger him in front of his friends is embarrassing and mean. Has Stacey always felt the need to take care of Darcy by treating her like a child? Where did that come from? With Darcy's track record with relationships she seems to lack awareness of her part in those breakups. Could Florian be jumping into this whole thing because he's afraid Stacey will leave him if he doesnt? He needs to stay out of other people's relationships. Absolutely. I get so stressed now any time they go to a bar on this show because I know Darcey is gonna end up crying and starting a fight. I also get secondhand embarrassment when it happens🙈She acts like an absolute child when she’s drunk. Darcy has no memory of what Georgi has done in his life. I remember Tom mentioning this too. Darcy doesn't listen or care about others. Frankly she seems very selfish and the more I see the more evidence is there of the twins' low morals and intellects.
She doesn't. She basically forced Jesse who was 24 at that time to be a father of two without ever asking him about his feelings and insecurities about it. She never really cared about Jesse too. Jesse because of his military background and age/immaturity thought that the best way to deal with her was to control her. But he did care about her, he just didn't know how to express it.

The videos you post have greatly changed my relationship life. I have many relational traumas and it’s always made dating near impossible because I always self sabotaged. By watching your videos and going to therapy I have learned so many healthy ways to communicate and I’m in an amazing relationship now. I always think what would Dr. Kirk Honda recommend in this situation and it helps deescalate so many things. Thank you!!!
They remind me of my mother. No matter what he says it’s the wrong answer. Even the best answer is twisted into something terrible making it look like he’s a horrible person. You can never escape it. You can never relax. At any time a completely fabricated in her mind situation can explode to the point where you’re not even sure who you are anymore.

I've only seen the clips but goodness. Darcy really doesn't want a long term relationship. It's the only reason I can think of for why she torpedoes relationships and/or starts them with men who are fundamentally not up for the kind of partnership she says she's looking for.

What an incredibly rude thing to do to his friends. I would be so uncomfortable to have to sit through that whole thing. This should be a private conversation, not them ganging up on him in front of his friends. And I would say this is the producers stoking this but Darcy and Stacey do seem like they would do this anyway - even without cameras rolling.

I felt this fight was very triggering. I think Darcy can't be reassured by him because she doesn't know what she really wants... so how can she even ask for it? It's very sad and frustrating.

Here's a question: So, we kind of understand what goes on with Darcey to cause her to push Georgie away, but what drives Stacey to actively drive a wedge between them and fuel Darcey's paranoia? Doesn't she want her sister to be happy? It boggles my mind.
Stacey probably doesn’t want to face the issues in her own relationship so she projects all these ideas onto her sister to make it seem like her relationship is the more secure and stable one out of the two of them

I don't tell friends my daily activities and business. Most of my friends don't either. I had two friends have babies during the pandemic and didn't know till after the baby was born. I didn't feel like it was a slight or secret. Not everyone is taking out a sky writing plane to announce their business or handing out a biography of every detail of their past. I like Darcey but this was over the top. Poor Georgie. Stacey and Florian are just the worst of encouragement to being overly negative.

My partner is extremely private, I haven't met any of his people. It was a little weird at first, but my partner doesn't give out his name, take pictures, has social media. We went pickup an order him and they ask his last name, he spelled it. He only has few friends, he's never really had a long-term relationship. He doesn't hangout with people, has social anxiety. Recently, he told his one friend and his sister about me, he has never mention relationships to them before. He hangs out with my friends and does things for me that he hasn't done with anyone else in the past. He has stepped out of his comfort zone for me, I've seen it.
Georgie has introduced her to his friends, when they have never met his wife is not a red flag, but a sign things are different with you.

“Figure out what I need to know before it’s too late” there’s that language. It’s like she already expects Georgie to be this awful person with bad intentions. Might as well break it off then and stop the accusations and borderline abusive behavior.
Since she sees paying everything for him as her buying his love, she should’ve never asked him to move in, let him be poor, or help find a job but never pay for things if that will make you feel miserable. Men are expected to be the providers so some women don’t like paying anything for a man even if they’re richer and chose a broke man. I agree with Dr. Honda, even if she’ll continue to be the provider for ever, she should accept it and move on if she can afford it. Marriage is a contract, as long he gives her what she wants out of the relationship and feel happy, what society thinks shouldn’t matter. If you won’t leave him, love him.

She reminds me of Trump and his employees 😂 everyone comes in full of confidence and hope thinking they will fix the chaos but end up fired, or in prison. Is it just me, or do a lot of Americans tend to go to money? Because I see this not only on shows, but also on Facebook. Like the other day I got into a bit of an argument over spelling and grammar, and the guy went immediately to "well, I may write full of spelling mistakes, but I make more money than you". I found it so odd, and I noticed it seems to be a common theme.
Some Americans do base their value and worth on money. Pretty superficial. And I say that as an American.

Stacey is likely displacing/projecting those feelings of shame and insecurity into/on to Darcy and Georgi.

Doc I have to say that I admire your strength to keep it together when you watch and analyze the 90 Day people especially Darcy and Stacy. I have to press pause several times and walk away to get thru the whole thing. They make me crazy those two twins.
Is it surprising that they are acting irrational and accusatory? That is exactly how people with relationship traumas reacts. I used to do exactly what Darcey does and be suspicious accusatory and full of trauma ending up in all kinds of bad relationships because of past trauma.( My ex is so similar to Jesse even🙈)
Today I can say I am healed after years of therapy and its like coming out of an emotional prison. I am so happy and grateful for my life today. Feeling free and healthy-thank you God🙏
It is difficult to see Darcy in theese videos because she truly struggling with her emotions and fears creating worst case cenarios and I know how that feels. It's like a prison where you are your own worst enemy- endless emotional pain.
But in a way watching this is making it easier for me to forgive my past self. I did not know I was acting so irrational and hurting myself.
I haven't watched these reactions of Stacey and Darcey in a while, cause they really trigger me. But today I'm glad I did. I see parts of myself in Darcey, to a lesser extent (less acusitory, I think. Also, I go to therapy, which definitely helps). I often feel like I'm not worthy of love and can't always believe that people actually love me, so I need a lot of reassurance. I never really understood why my bf is hurt when I ask him whether he loves me, but seeing the way Georgi is frustrated and hurt because he has to prove himself again and again, because of Darcey's twisted narrative of no one loving her; it really clarifies things for me.

When you put the question on the table: why is he withholding information? You answered that one reason could be he’s just private with this life.
But what does that mean? Being private, isn’t that just a rephrasing of the questions content? Isn’t being private literally just withholding information? The question is why is he being private.
People aren’t “just private” with stuff, they are because they have reasons. But in order to understand you need to know those reasons.

I think Georgie is actually a good fit for Darcy but she’s gonna ruin it. If she comes at every man that she dates like this her relationships will not work unless she finds someone extremely patient and forgiving. She’s so accusatory towards him when he hasn’t really given any hard evidence that he has some ulterior motive. Sucks to see a train wreck waiting to happen and it’s because Darcy won’t back off.
