i'm going to need a rundown on each blackbeard personality.
Ones like a child, which is why he fought Luffy over dumb things the first time we see him. The 2nd one is more calm and calculated, like after Luffy and Zoro got beaten up by Bellamy. And the 3rd is cruel, and power hungry, hense why he wanted to go after Ace to get leverage to be a Warlord. Then used that Warlord Status to get into Impel Down and Free prisoners for his crew.

There's also the fact that Blackbeards personality constantly changes. Sometimes hes a goof and jolly man, othertimes a wise optimistic dreamer, and then a crooked and wicked villain of a pirate. I personally don't think its the Bai Ze devil fruit, but think it's probably the Kraken devil fruit. Especially since it fits the overall One Piece world is obviously a pirate world, and Krakens have been known to be the natural enemy of all Pirates. In adittion, his Jolly Roger has 3 skulls, representative of the 3 hearts of an octopus, and specifically 4 bones split into 8 halves for the tentacles. I dont think I need to explain further, since Oda would have no need to give his Jolly Roger 8 bones otherwise.

Blackbeard's death will be the first time we see what happens when someone eats multiple devil fruits. He not only has 3 souls, but each soul resides within its own heart. So he also has 3 hearts. 2 of those hearts will be destroyed in his final battle, leaving two devils with no space of their own and only one heart to jump into, which will already be occupied by a devil of its own. So then all 3 devils will fight for that one heart, which will then destroy the vessel. I'm calling it from now. That's how he's going to die. We've heard of what happens when someone eats multiple devil fruits but never actually witnessed this. Blackbeard is the only character that has ever been in the situation required for us to witness this. Oda has been saving this for his end.

That's why I think not sleeping played a role in that. Sleeping would lower the guards of the body and the devils would fight inside, but since he never sleeps that never happens

Blackbeard simply has multiple personality disorder which allows each of his personality to eat a devil fruit. He likely doesn't already have a third devil Fuit as he would have used it before, or it would have been mentioned Shank's or Marco.
But this theory is way better[the one in the video] because if multiple personality disorder can give you more than 1 devil fruit then there should be more characters with more than one devil fruit as the probability of having multiple devil fruit is like having red hai{don't fact check me💀} , and it wouldn't make sense because you can have upto 22 personality and its common to have upto 5 personality however blackbeard is going to have exactly 3 as his charector design implies

Maybe the reason he "never sleeps" is because there's always at least one personality awake while the other two (or just one) rests.

My theory on Blackbeards devil fruit is he has to be hit by a devil fruits ability for him to negate everything else they have. And if rocks had BBs devil fruit I think it would explain why someone said haki rules the world or w.e because rocks would destroy DF users but gets beat up by to top tier haki users at god valley. BB from what I see is he only fights DF users and for some reason he allows himself to get hit 1st. Depending on how power the DF users he faces it will match his opponents like when he faced ace the fire and black hole were the same size. So when he faces Marco and fam there powers collectively helped him make that massive black hole
