- My 2024 Sienna Platinum review covers pricing, interior features, and much more! Is this the one for you?
Thanks everyone for your support of my channel. Please watch an ad or two while looking at my videos. It helps and I have great partners!
I love Siennas. Still driving my 2000 Sienna. Sadly I cannot afford a new one over $40,000 up to the $50s.
And you shouldn’t. Just be patient and buy a used one 3-4 year old. If you’re patient enough you can find one for half what a current new one is. No much difference.
I have 2013 sienna with 345k miles runs like brand new, I do all maintenance change oil and filter every 2k miles.
This was fun to watch and not for the car, your personality is super enjoyable! & thanks for the great review!
Thank you so much Amber that was so kind of you to say. I hope you have an awesome week!
@@Toyotajeff This is the minivan that sponsored my latest project and I am happy that I came across this video. I love your vids and the humor. Lol HOLLAAAAAAA
$60K Platinum top of the line and Toyota gives us a hood prop rod instead of a hydraulic lift?
I love the enthusiasm! My wife is infatuated with this minivan😍🎉
Love the new design of the sienna and the platinum trim
Its a nice car, but i wish toyota would discontinue this and just sell the alphard and vellfire line in America instead. Theyre so much better.
Jeff, On this day when the WHOLE world us focusing on the 4Runner, this is a very timely reminder.
I can see your kids playing with the. seat as you are driving back and forth
I like the no bull brown interior.
$800 AWD option. -The rear drive is electric, so the costs are very low for AWD.
As an avgeek I appreciate you roll with the planes approaching... Also, nice minivan!
10:57 EV mode is for when you're at a concert or other venue stuck in an indoor parking garage on the 6th floor trying to get down to ground level, waiting for traffic and you don't want to gas yourself and everybody else breathing the same air. It really doesn't have any other good use.
Jeff is a kid at heart 😊
Jeff come to Toyota Janzen in Stillwater Oklahoma!
@@tiaramartin1072 that would be great!!!
This is far from affordable !!omfg 60 grand for a friggin van that’s greedy as hell
The brown interior looks terrible. It’s the reason why I have held off for 2 years
Sienna best ever ❤
It is a great family ride, but $60k and you can't even get one?? Hard no. The updated 2025 Carnival trumps this, unfortunately. I wish Toyota figured out their delivery dates because prices, ADMs, and lead times are killing this minivan and shoving it into the ground.
36mpg minivan with Toyota reliability. +All Toyota hybrids are very much in demand
Kia and Hyundai are garbage /unreliable brands..👎
@@charlesjackson1700 completely untrue, but ok.
*…Don’t Be FOOLED Like I was. TOYOTA DOES NOT let you design your own Sienna in the USA*
You have to wait for one to be built like you want. That may never happen.
I wanted:
FWD
White
Ottoman (reclining type back seat-as shown here)
1500 Watt/120 Volt inverter
Digital Rearview mirror
Platinum.
Waited on several Toyota dealerships to get me one, and even put a $1,000.00 down. I gave up, but the Toyota salesman that I put the $1,000.00 never told me that Toyota isn’t gonna build me one. Another Toyota salesman told me this.
I ended up getting a 2022 Lexus RX-350L which is basically a non-Hybrid mini Sienna. 19/22 mpg but extremely reliable V-6 engine. Has a $3,500 sound system. I like it a lot. Seats 6. 360 degree camera. Both have 3,500 lbs towing capacity. The RX-350L is much higher off the ground so you don’t have to worry about bottoming out like the Sienna when you tow, but has a much smaller cargo area and no sliding side doors.
Well, the mpg is superior and even if Kia makes a hybrid, the longevity will be questionable. In every other category the Kia is better including price but most people like the Sienna for its mpg
No gasoline only version is a deal breaker. A real shame.
It still has the old 2021 radio
driver seat lays down almost flat if you need to sleep
We have xle. Kids complain about second row. So we are looking at higher trim. But even at platinum it is still manual second row seat adjustment?
I have a Platinum. Yes it is.
chrome 18" wheels not 20"
carbon free😂 ur off ur rocker
Love this review. Really like the color and options
He is annoying
God Bless me with this one!!
Thank you for always answering my prayers!!
The Sienna is my dream van so as soon as my husband gets home from the sea this is the van he's wanting to get me it may not be this van but it will be the sienna
Same thing from 2022 LE model .. just little extra .. don’t get trapped just buy le or xle same crapshoot
The LE model doesn't even have a power adjustable driver's seat
They’re very pricey and a more loaded trim from previous gen seems more reliable
Need it ❤😊
I saw a pearl color and I loved it hope my husband can buy it for me❤
This makes me miss my 2007 Sienna. Never should have sold it. It was so much more versatile than theae newer models.
Toyota is not my favorite but when I need to watch toyota reviews I watch Jeff at least it's fun and not boring 😊
It’s nice. But not 60k nice lol
Especially with that CVT…
I have never seen such an idiotic review of a car.
$77,000 minivan for Canadians 😂
Didn't these come with a vacuum and a fridge?
I like the interior, but I don't like the brown seats and dash.
Everytime i watch you i feel happy sir
HOLLAAAAA
Comedian?
😊
Literally couldnt stand to watch the entire video because of his antics. Too much.
Apparently, you’re not familiar with his content nor do you have a sense of humor?
I ❤ his antics ❤❤
Great vehicle but the 80’s called and it wants its chrome wheels back asap.
Yeah, it's so much better to chase the current trends. Consumerism and conformity is our strength!
I like Chrome wheels. The 80's had more interesting colorful positive vibe for everything in general! This time period sks a**!
Is Jeff in his Bozo the Clown mode?
Hahaha maybe I was. Funny insult lol
Does it have wireless Apple CarPlay?
All ive red about was android auto.. and that is still wired
Great review.
Only 1 12v and in the front? Bummer! I need a 12v in back for an electric refrigerator/freezer.
BTW -love your personality. Made me laugh quite a few times.
My late mother gave birth to 3 sons: not 2 sons and a fool! This sales guy hasn’t shown me $60k worth of minivan. 1st issue: the aforementioned “price”: 2nd issue: the underwhelming & underpowered hybrid powertrain! 3rd issue: the CVT Transmission! I’ve yet to see one version of it operate reliably long term. AND 4th: the price. $40K and “maybe” I’ll sniff. When my loaded 2013 Sienna “DIES” a hellish death, I’ll purchase a 2018 Sienna Limited. The current generations exterior styling is “too much” visibly… No Sale.
I would do more research on the toyota eCVT. It functions like a cvt but actually is only a cvt in function. It's maybe the most bulletproof transmission on the market, toyota doesn't even stock them in their service departments because they never replace any.
😂
Our 2018 Limited Premium AWD is awesome all around BUT the fuel mileage is not the best.. about the same as my F150 5.4l (10-13 mpg). We literally drive near/around/through downtown Chicago.
Toyota hybrid CVTs are actually not the pulley type you are thinking of. And for the record, they never have been at any point -- not even in the first-gen Prius. They are all planetary gearsets like every conventional automatic transmission. The difference is that rather than clutch packs locking sun, planet carrier, and ring gears respectively, each of those is connected to a motor/engine. Since each of those motors can have individual RPM control (and in the case of the electric motors/generators, they can be run in reverse, too), you get the ability to precisely control how much power is split/shared between the main electric motor and gas engine, thus making it a CVT in effect.
I'll agree with you about the visibility thing, though. It also seems to be the hard rule that has eaten every car design in the industry. Polestar went ahead and owned that sad truth by getting rid of the winshield altogether. That's our future.
Lame comments!
BAD!SAME AS 2022
