- This video demonstrates the use of systemic functional linguistics-based metaphor in writing English scientific texts. The idea has been generated based on the problem that many scientific texts written by nonnative speakers of English are composed of clauses which are used in oral or spoken language. This video then helps the viewers to be able to write English scientific texts properly.

Thank you very much for sharing a new great idea of English structure in writing scientific texts.
My pleasure. Good luck
Thank you so much,
My pleasure. Hope it would be useful.
Great idea...
I hope I can solve students' difficulties in writing articles or thesis in English.
Thank you very much for your explanation sir. I'll practice it
Great. That's a good idea
It's an excellent idea. But I still find it difficult to implement it in my writing. Thanks for sharing.
You need a lot of practice. I believe you can do it. Good luck.
I wish I could use it👍
Great
This a really great idea. But I still have difficulties to restructure the clauses into phrases. I also find it difficult to segment the clauses. Is there any suggestion, sir?
One clause is represented by one process. That is the key way to segment each of the clauses.
I'm still curious about the structure you propose in this video. Is it applicable in writing the whole text, I mean, from the beginning until the end of the scientific text? Anyway, this is really an excellent material. Thank you
Yes. What you need only to determine the process that will bind the participants in X and Y.
@@rusdinoorrosa9155 Thank you for your response. Do you have any article about it? I also need to read several explanations about it.
