I can’t thank you enough for the important and thorough work you are doing and for providing these updates to those of us with VDM. Holding onto hope for a floater-free future down the road.
If I were malicious, I would write like this. The year is December 2033 and the professor says: Last year was very good, we did research on how floaters move vertically. For the next 5 years, we plan to study how they move laterally. Additionally, we prepared a questionnaire to investigate how people react and feel when making diagonal movements. Last year we also conducted research on how people react to floaters when they blink a lot For the 2040s, we plan to study how people react when they have one eye closed and the other open
I still think that the problem is in the vitreous, there will not be some substance that repairs the vitreous with some injection and repairs it. But well my ideas.
gracias doctor sebag es nuestra unica esperanza de levantarse temprano y ver el cielo claro, sigamos aoyando la fundacion, he escuchado que el VITROCAP puede ayudar espero que haga una investigacion sobre eso , saludos desde Peru
I feel like too many years and experience with YAG proves that it isn’t the feature that is the best for this condition. 10+ years of YAG only brought no positive feedback or plenty horror stories, that’s all it’s received. No thanks to YAG. I feel research should just focus on low heat lasers and gold nano particles in my opinion. But I’m glad there is a lot of feedback and communication in general about the topic. We have been anticipating floater treatments and it’s development in science in general. A lot of people I know that have floaters are young, from teens to their twenties. It’s not just an age thing. Hopefully the treatment can work for all conditions the eye is in, whether myopic or a traditional eye size. Thank you and I hope you can follow through. There is definitely a floater community and the fact it can happen to anyone at any age or healthy eyes, proves this condition should be approached with treatment. It does affect the quality of life.
Let's hope that this disease will soon have a cure without having to resort to vitrectomy, this greatly affects mental health. Keep up the good work and thank you very much for the research. Greetings from Chile
As someone with large circular ring floaters in both eyes which are really irritating I hope you find a safe and affordable way to remove these annoying things ASAP.
@@waynepayne9875 not yet but I am absolutely planning on it and have no fear of risks and knowing I have that solution available I am comfortable with my floaters right now. Dr. Randall Wong and his TH-cam and website changed my perspective entirely.
Sir I am live in India. India has large population and patients of VDM. I am 25 year old and my life is worse. Sir please help us😢. You are my last hope reply please
Thank you very much for your work and efforts, you will make history of ophthalmology if you develop a safe and effective treatment for VDM. Will clinical trials in humans with vapour nanobubbles be conducted any time soon? This technology is apparently safe and effective and has been patented.
I am 23 and just got tons and tons of them and it is awful and I am depressed too. I’m sorry dude. I’m hoping they continue the gold nanoparticle stuff. It seems extremely hopeful.
Decepcionado.Han transcurrido muchos años y aún no existe un tratamiento realmente efectivo.Estos grandes estudios NO han logrado restablecer la salud . Se ha demostrado que aún estamos en el inicio.

Exactly, unnecessary steps to solve the problem

For what it's worth, a vitrecomy is totally safe and you shouldn't suffer.
Sounds like you have Weiss rings. Those are actually treatable with the current lasers available.
@@kBiLoAsZEDid you get vitrectomy?
