Bahut bariya Bhai. Maza agaya. I'm from Manipur and I was in Mira Road for 8 years or aapka video dekh ke emotional ho gaya.
I had my first Malai Seekh Biryani in 2016 at Malad office and since then I can't forget the taste. Visually it wasn't appealing but taste was so good it becomes one of my favourite. And when you mentioned you created the dish after your return from Saudi I feel blessed to share your cuisine. Hats off to the hotel owner and the channel for sharing this video. Love it.
