- In this video (van condensation quick fix!) I install a wind power extractor vent to the roof of my van to finally put an end to the huge amounts of condensation ruining my tools and materials, costing me a fortune! The condensation in the back of my transit custom has finally come to an end.

DODO Mat insulation sorted it for me. Just did the roof.
That stuff looks great. Just doing the roof was enough?
@@DIYTipstricksandhacksYes, It was the roof that got the vast majority of the condensation and it was the roof dripping on my tools and making them rusty/mouldy.
I am not sure if there is any condensation on the sides as that is panelled with ply wood.
@@gromett I'm glad it worked for you, wish we had of spoken before hand now lmao. No I'm happy with the results but I would definitely of gone down the easier route first.
Is there any noise while you’re driving especially at speed?
No mate, been on the carriageway today and didn't hear a thing. What's more two days in a row the back of the van has been bone dry, finally! Lol
Me tools are getting ruined with this lately
It absolutely sucks mate, I had my Makita mitre sliding saw in the van and all the runners rusted. I was absolutely gutted as I had hardly used it.
