@@Metaladict97 I did finish it, though it’s made better by a song my band will be putting out soon! You can hear it here: th-cam.com/video/6wmb4I5szuU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=yAHanazJ6yjDK7CN My band will be putting out a song in January that improved it quite a bit imo!
@@totalcomputerdependency FL Studio does go kinda hard. I use it sometimes for playing through sounds I want on the fly and just make something cool. If only Reaper had a sound library that worked like FL Studio.. On the bright side, you can drag the clips from FL Studio and drop them right into your Reaper project so it’s not all bad lol.
Would you maybe agree that thall is djent as far as drums go, with chugs and bends, and crazy stuff within the blank spaces? I think this is starting to click a little better for me.
I would say there’s quite a bit in common. A lot of off rhythms and sometimes almost percussive guitar playing. Try writing a djent riff but leave some space in between parts for little extras to be thrown in and you’d be pretty close just from that alone 🤙🏻
great video dude! love picking up little tips from guys like yourself. Just gave LOREWEAVER a listen and thats outstanding also. much love from the UK dude!
FUCK DUDE, I’m in a restaurant around a bunch of people, the way I held back that head bang when that intro riff started😭😭😭😭😭🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾fuck that shit was cool
I meant more like what is the exact techniques that make it that'll exactly. I know Vildhjarta demonstrates the style but I have a smooth brain, what specifically is it? Or like, timestamp a song for me.
My man is the calmest!! Love, that peopl, who make the heaviest shit are just the most chill..
I appreciate you. Thank you 🙏

What tuning are u in? I mean what’s the ideal tuning for writing thall song? Thanks man! Killer mix!
Thank you man! I write it in double drop C# but you don’t have to go that low. I wouldn’t say anything above drop E
I thought i smelled some REAPER coming from somewhere 🤔
Turns out it was YOU all along!
Yo! Your videos helped me a lot when I got serious about things! Thank you so much 🙏
Leave some emptiness is a hard trick to learn ))
Good stuff
It’s definitely hard for me too, I feel that 😅
Song goes crazy. Wish I could write this but I’m a vocalist lol
serious question, what is thall? i cannot seem to find a solid answer
Thall.
Check out Vildhjarta and you get the idea.
Basically check out Humanity’s Last Breath or Vildhjarta. Their sounds are basically what people refer to as “Thall”
Check out Thall mixes, especially the band Vjãrna Waves as well. :D th-cam.com/video/k_KjAkZxBXI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=UR9DIiTDnRwPZur1
Jeesh peeps Thall mean NeanderTHALL Cave man heavy riffage

Another point for “unsuspecting dudes with glasses” making disgusting riffs.
How to Thall? Don't.
