Yep, he sure did. That is a massive explosion and it happened inside the battle box. Plus, everyone that is there actually felt the heat from that explosion, just like what happened to Free Shipping in the exact same fashion.

Compared to other weapons it's not very powerful, but it looks great, and under ideal circumstances it can damage belts and wires enough to disable weapons or even incapacitate the enemy.
