@Fast turtle have you worked on the counter shaft sprocket at all? I'm trying to change the gearing on the bike, and I can't figure out how to get the cover off the counter shaft sprocket. I've removed the one bolt I can see and the quick shifter, but the cover won't pop off. Thanks.
I have not worked on the countershaft sprocket but let me take a look at it and I will get back to you. Do you have Facebook so you can exchange some photos with me?
hello I see that you are very practical in the assembly of our Bmw Xr, I would like to color there two side plastics that are currently Gray, could you make a video to explain how they are disassembled? Thanks a greeting from Italy

@Steve Bennett I am sure there is between 3-4 hp gain; however, I have not had the chance to take the bike for a spin because of the rain. If weather permits this weekend in the PNW, I will be shooting a video with the Sprint air filter P08.
13:18 Hello and congratulations for your clear video. My tank cover has been keyed and I'd like to remove it to have it re-painted, but first I also need to remove the small push-open lid of the small compartment. Did you notice if it can be diassembled from the back once the whole cover is detached? From the video, I can see two small holes but I'm not sure if there are screws inside. Many thanks in advance.

It is only 4 screws for the tank cover, and 4 screws for the hydraulic fluid reservoir, a total of 8 screws, but if it overwhelming it is understandable.
Thanks again for the video. I just finished doing my filter, and it all came apart and went together the way you show in the video. Perfect.
You are welcome

Your air filter looks clean. How many miles do you have on that filter? I am at 4000 and I'm thinking about changing it. Thank you.
I replaced it a little after 6000 miles.
