Just that bit you picked up, was a lot more than you think! I bet you have that beach looking beautiful and clear of plastic in no time. Bless you, that meant a lot to many of us beachcombers.
Such an inspiring video! Loved seeing the beautiful beach in Donegal and all the unexpected treasures you found. Keep up the great work with the cleanup! Greetings from us. 🖐L17
Thank you so much for your kind words and support! I’m so glad you enjoyed the video and the beautiful Donegal beach. It’s always amazing to see what treasures turn up. Your encouragement means so much! Greetings to you as well!
Hi there Heather I'm niall, new subscriber :) great video you made! Yes there is so much plastic on our donegal beaches, good job cleaning it up! You might find some useful items washed up from time to time also when beachcombing 🙂
Hi Niall, welcome to the channel! Thank you so much for subscribing and for your kind words. Yes, the plastic problem is really heartbreaking, but every little bit helps. And you're right, sometimes you do come across some interesting treasures while beachcombing!
Grand job with the rubbish 💙 new to your channel, and a new sub, look forward to watching more of your videos. do you find many fossils where you beach comb? happy new year and best wishes Connor & Kerry.
From what I remember, Wilson was definitely a volleyball! I’ll have to rewatch the movie again. It's one of my favorites. Here’s a link ☺️ www.wilson.com/en-us/blog/volleyball/behind-scenes/true-story-wilson-volleyball
It was a Fedex Cargo flight that crushed in a storm. After the crash, several Fedex packages came floating into shore. Hanks, now in survival mode, opened a few of them. A dress with netted material to catch fish. A pair of figure skates in which he'd use the blades for cutting. And then there was Wilson. Wilson is the name of a volleyball in the 2000 movie Cast Away. Wilson is Chuck Noland's (Tom Hanks) only companion for four years while he is stranded on a deserted island. Wilson is a symbol of the human need for connection and helps Noland maintain his humanity.

Don't want rain on your party but Tom Hanks adopted friend was a coconut, I don't recall any ball as the adopted companion he made a face on.
