You’re correct, the Giant Panda is the only Herbivore, the Polar Bear the only Carnivore, the others are all omnivores.
Polar bears are omnivores, not carnivores. They only eat meat in the Arctic because that's all that's available, but as the ice caps melt, they are moving farther and farther south and they also eat plants when they are available.
