Jumping off the cliff into St. Herman's blue hole was one of the most unusual experiences I've ever had outdoors. It's a plummet into a dark vertical cave until you barely have time to swim back up to the top where the daylight is, before you run out of breathe. Xunantunich was super jungley and there were bats roosting up at the top of the tallest structure on the ceiling!

good looker amd sweet voice....when i went to temple 4 there were tucans flying and nesting out back in 1997 and no wood staircase ...just up the front side and a orthopedic surgeon waiting for u at the bottom lol,,,,,,
HAH Yes I visited Chichen Itza in the late 80's and it was very different than it is today as well.
I'm going on a cruise in July and the will make a stop in belize. I'd like to see that pyramid and climb it.
Did you see the lady ghost climbing the steps to the temple? What about spiders and snakes? Beautiful views and lots of vegetation.

Jose Orellana the title says Belize and Guatemala. And Xunantunich in Belize was a Mayan city
