Every time we get support for a tribe, so many decks get a boost! I thought about Derevi for this content cycle but went with Falco Spara for Bant birds for the channel
my Derevi is all about making as many birds as possible and using Derevi to give them a psudo vigilance or to tap down other people's stuff like blue player's land so I can cast stuff. Or using Derevi as an instant to tap stuff to mess up tap combos
i havent seen anyone else put the sakashima's/ roaming throne/ spark double in this deck. why not double or tripple kastral triggers by copying the best bird in your deck
@@hometowncommander oh my b I didn't realize you were building on a budget. i was watching this pretty late at night so I'm sorry if I missed you saying that. I built this deck recently as an aggro deck and it's wayyy too good for its own good. it's the most flexible aggro deck I've ever built. it scales with the number of opponents you have and can give card adv and mana adv when you need it and a stronger board when you don't. not to mention you're in the best colors to protect your board
@@hometowncommander : I have Stormy in my two Vorel decks. Won with The Black Bird of Unhappiness so many times, I have special cards to give to the loser. But the big win here is Murmuration, because I didn't even know it existed until now. It is the master touch of my new Kudo deck. Fits perfectly, like the deck was just waiting for it. Thank you. [edit] Just slipped it into Ellivere as well, replacing Pollenbright Wings. Really, really nice.

this card is a great powerhouse card in my Derevi bird tribal deck called "Death by a thousand pecks"

@@hometowncommander see he was the backup commander in the deck for the longest time but with my deck I just wasn't making enough counters to use him

I am all for all 3, but 2 of those 3 have a decent price tag. I try to be to some rudimentary budget, but any copy of Kastral is a BIG step ahead

Was wondering about how viable a first strike/double strike sub theme would work to increase commander procs. Fun deck.
VERY viable, and very recommended. I did not goo too hard into it but it will make the deck hit a lot harder in multiple ways
put clones in the deck too. its the best thing blue brings to this deck
