      thank you so much !!! however, I think in set 2 , after the pull back is not "2, 3, 5, 3, 2," but "2, 3, 6, 3, 2" (a 6 instead of a 5) ; ....(if you want to watch it the pull back happens at 2 min 47 seconds aprox)

    Great video i am using this combination, 1 problem though, i counted 61 instead of 62 punches.. Did i miss something?

    So, do I reverse every punch since you’re demoing with a southpaw? You call half the punches out as if throwing orthodox but then stop calling them out. Very confusing.

      Yes just reverse them. The trainer is standing southpaw too, so it's the reverse of you and your trainer both standing orthodox. This guy's straight left is your straight right if you and your trainer stand orthodox.

    Great work but they were both getting winded, crazy how Mayweather can do this nonstop for a long time at the very end of a workout. He uses the least amount of movement necessary and wastes the least amount of energy.
