Many cases don’t make it to trial and suspects are walking around because the DA feels there isn’t enough to prosecute. If they do, and jury finds not guilty because it’s not proven beyond a reasonable doubt, the murderer cannot be tried again even if evidence turns up

We haven’t been shown any actual evidence, though. The mother was partying, drinking and swinging. She was hanging with a group of people where there could easily be a lot of jealousy going in all directions.

I also have kids and grandchildren we have moved them they couldn’t tell you who it was that moved them unless they woke up. This is totally silly to say that while someone sleeps they know who picks them up without waking up.
