Pls clarify me some thing, why would some one sell the property for less than 12% CAGR... Over a period of 2 years or more.
If they are doing means either they are trading or wants to book stcg in both the case indexation benefit will not be applied.( before also)
If a property which bought for 3 cr in 2020 and sell for 4 cr in 2024 that means CAGR is 7.46%...
Looks like real estate in your example is too bad..😂😂😂
