Thanks bro for sharing this info. I’m also from Detroit and now reside in Arizona and I started the process for my2A rights. Just waiting for a court date.
Thank God I got my Rights Restored September Of 2024‼️God is good‼️💪🏽🙌🏽 1 of the best feelings in the world is to be able to protect yourself legally😊💯💪🏽🙌🏽
Im from Tennessee also bro, and from what I can find to read on rights restoration here is that Tennessee is 1 of the hardest states to get your rights back in
@@codystringfield1815definitely one of the hardest they don't even want to give voting rights back and if you have been convicted of something violent you can definitely forget it
@actionpackkooly4576 look up 18 u.s.c 922, read the hell out of it, I didn't have a federal case so I didn't dive to deep into it, off top I think it requires a pardon after release, DO IT BRUH!
@@actionpackkooly4576 federal is mostly only done through presidential pardon ATF at one time had a program to help federal convicted felons, but they did not fund it through Congress
@flextefitness4954 sup bro, i did it without a lawyer, between finger prints and other fees I spent about $400 or less, the whole process took about 45 days start to finish, anyone thinking about it go for it!
Federal law actually says if u “COULD “ have been sentenced to 1 year and a day even if no time served and got probation u are prohibited. I have a dog in this fight even a misdemeanor that has a 5 year possibility is also prohibited ( range case) I’m happy for u
Hey man I appreciate that! If you got a dog in the fight I hope you come out on top, don't know the nuts and bolts of your situation but don't give up.
@ thank you sir. I was actually convicted of a simple possession back in Florida on vacation 24 years ago and I’ve had a clean slate since not even a ticket. Florida is the worst state to try to get firearm rights back must go through clemency which is 10 to 15 year process I’m at year six.
I also have had all my rights restored except the firearm. That’s the only one that the governor must sign on. It’s ridiculous. I just wish the judge could rule on this or something.
We now have a circuit split in a federal courts between the third and fifth circuit so Supreme Court has got to rule on this sooner rather than later I’m in the 11th circuit, which still says no matter violent or nonviolent still cannot possess
The felony prohibition is insane. Most prohibitions are really about reducing the 2A.

I got a federal low class D felony. I was 18 and never been in trouble since. I just want my guns rights so I can go hunting! :(
I didn't watch the whole video, but getting a lawyer can help. It wont be cheap and may take a year but it works.

Bad thing is I’m from Alabama. I was just on vacation in Florida and caught that charge so that’s a whole Nother issue.
