Hey there, thanks for checking the Stacked Golf TH-cam channel! We’re Jon and Ashley, a husband and wife team of amateur golfers looking to share our love of the game with our viewers. Our goal is to inspire more golfers along with people who have never played before to get out on the golf course and have fun regardless of their age, budget, or skill level.
We find all kinds of golf deals at garage sales, thrift store, flea markets, auctions, online marketplaces, and more to show that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to start playing golf or upgrade your current golf bag. Along with our thrifting adventures, we specialize in reviewing the cheapest golf gear, gimmick clubs, As Seen On TV golf clubs, crazy training aids, and more to see if they are worth checking out to improve your golf game. You will also find course vlogs, golf challenges, and budget golf course reviews from our travels. We both love the game of golf and want to share our adventures with you.
Here’s a little about us: While most kids were watching cartoons, Jon was studying the Golf Channel to learn how to play and improve his golf game. He spent most of his childhood on the golf course and loves trying out new golf clubs and gear. Jon also loves to fish and kayak. If he could he would spend all his time on the golf course or catching giant bass.
Ashley is a beginner golfer with no athletic background whatsoever before attempting to pick up the game of golf. Her unnatural ability to read the green has made her a great putter but the rest of the game is still a work in progress and we hope you enjoy watching her improve on the channel. Along with golfing and budget shopping she also enjoys trying out and creating new recipes and using Jon as her taste testing guinea pig.

Im Based at Augusta and I recently started watching your Videos trying to know which Clubs to buy for a Golf Newbie.
I followed up your Advice about going into the WillGood store And I found a set of Irons Apex plus Ben Hogan For $39 bucks. I actually went to the same Discount Golf Store yesterday to pick up my Potter. Thank you Guys for your Videos it really helped me as a completely ignorant person in Golf. Hey guys. Bonaventure Golf is a landmark in Augusta. They have been in the area for over 40 years. I live right across the river in SC and I frequent that store a lot. In fact I take clubs there I want to sell and if they sell them you get store credit dollar for dollar. I have a few things in there now but as I can see from the video y’all didn’t buy my Titleist TSR2 driver 😢
But it was a great video. The family that owns the place are great people. Glad you, the wife and especially your dad had a wonderful time in Augusta for The Masters. It’s the best tournament in the world.

Highly envious of all the golf stores you guys get to go to! I've been trying to learn to spot values on clubs at my local value village or estate sales, but it's difficult without the prior knowledge. These videos are super helpful for learning what to look out for (The TP Mills 15 is one of the ones I got as part of a cheap club bundle recently, so it was cool seeing you notice it even though you didn't buy it!)

Happy to see you all so excited to be at the Masters along with Dad. I went to the 1981 Masters when I lived in the area. It was beautiful back then and has continued the tradition. Easy to walk the miles to see different players and the awesome holes along the way. Scotty will probably win this year but I am pulling for Jordan Speith to take it all. Have a safe trip home! Love the channel!
Pointe South was the course at the end. Born and raised in Augusta and played there ALOT!

I used to live in a little town called McCormck, SC that is just about 35 miles north of Augusta, and whenever I would take my wife into Augusta for a doctor's appointment I would drop her off for her appointment and then head for Bonaventure's just to browse. I bought my first Scotty there (used of course). I now live in Michigan. I really enjoyed this video.

I lived in the Apts on the other side of Bobby Jones. I could look out and see Bonaventure from my back window before they built the raised road. This is the golf store that started my golf career. I remember when PING pulled all their product because they offered a military discount. The owner took out an ad about it and I swore then never to play Ping. This place helped me upgrade all my gear. Also, that is Pointe South golf course
I knew that's the store you were going to be going to when I saw the title. I run in there everytime I go to the Masters.

Thank you for taking a few minutes for photos as we left Augusta National yesterday. I'm the guy from Saint John New Brunswick Canada. Getting to The Masters has been a bucket list item and getting to meet both of you - and your dad - was truly icing on the cake, especially after enjoying the Par 3 competition. It's great to confirm that you are so nice and approachable.
I'm sorry that we didn't know about that golf shop. We did stop at a Play It Again on our way down to try to find bargains like you do. Hahaha. But no such luck for us, especially as lefty players.
I'm rooting for Rory to win. My dark horse is Justin Thomas.

Love Bonaventure golf shop is one of the oldest golf shops, if not the oldest in Augusta. They are good people. Yall where at Pointe South golf course. It's a nice course. It was fun having yall in Augusta. The player with the lowest score will win. Ha ha. Love yours channel.

You're right, no matter how sweet you think Augusta National is, it will be sweeter than than. I attended the 2014 Wednesday practice session and 3 hole competition. A true Bucket List experience! 2023 winner: Rahm! But rooting for the amateuer!!!

Love that store. They used to have 1000s of pairs of blemished Footjoy Classics when those were still being made for less than $100 a pair. I never cared that they were blemished as they would be blemished the first time I wore them on the course. I had at least a half dozen pairs.

You were at Point South Golf course testing the putter. Nice little course, great people. I played 54 holes there one day. After the first 18, they charged $1 per hole after, and after the second 18, they didn't charge anything, just kept going. McIlroy's going to win.
That shop is so awesome. I always check your videos for putter hunting tips , the day before this drooped I got a dunlop black max 6 with the slot (thinking Jon ànd Ash would like the look of this), then Ash picks one out here . Viktor H for the win .

If you ever come through Chattanooga, TN check out Mike's Golf Shop......its a special place where clubs go to retire. They also sell spas lol but there are 1,000s of clubs there and more bags than you can shake your fist at. My pick- Lowry.
