You can actually make them easily at home too. Mix rice flour, corn flour and gram flour in a 2:1:1 ratio. Dry heat the mixture and stir till homogeneous. Add a little water and heat. Mix it well. And repeat the process till the mixture becomes a bit sticky. Put it down the stove and knead it into a dough. Make small thin sticks out of the dough and then deep fry it. Strain the fries and season them with your favourite spices.
