Is there a way if someone texts you and your phone is in rest mode and screen is blank, that you receive a red blinking light that you have a text that stays blinking until you press something on the phone?
All I do is go into apps click on the app notification, alerts ,sounds. I have my spy point security cameras send priority alerts with different sound then my mail etc...not sure if this is what you wanted!

I noticed there are a clear lenses that appears to be LED light on the left an right side of the phone about 1cm from the top. But I can't seem to get them to turn on any where. I've been testing out the Velvet as well and I like the phone. Its so slim, sleek and sexy looking. It reminds me of a Samsung S20. LG needs to dial in the cameras a bit more AND move the video playback controls from the middle of the screen to the bottom so you can reach them easier.
drag down the top screen, then drag it down even lower so it's on the bottom of your phone. Click on the pencil... Then click on the three dots dot-dot. You should have the option for brightness and volume. Make sure there's a checkmark on each one to have them on display

That's weird you should have all three options. Swipe to video, click on the mic on the left, and you should have three options basic, amsr, and voice Boceh

Wasn't available in Play store as it said it was for an older version of Android then I have which is 11 which is what I think the Velvet is limited to, when I clicked on lawn chair 12.1.0 alpha 4 APK it warned file might be harmful, thoughts? Is this a rooting avoidance warning type thing? Thank you

My swype seems to nor be learning. My swiping apps worked 100 timed better 10 years ago. What up w texting...nothing is correct when I Swype texts...it use to learn as you spelled and used words repetitively.

Unfortunately not, some phones, like the Moto edge have that option but doesn't work perfectly.
