Lovedddd the choreo, my only issue was the camera angles and the limited exposure to every dancer in each piece .. however great video.

Have you noticed that the choreography starts with robotic style, than humanizes slowly, all the moves change and get some life in them. Licking the arm, tasting, feeling alive, feeling anything. And at the end they get to the mirror, look at theirselves.
Then the robotic crush at the end.. speechless.

Grey hair is giving me AI robot vibes. She represented but Galen- maaaaan. Galen has this fluidity and velvety smoothness in her movement, no matter how sharp, it's mesmerising to watch. The look on her face, the small moves she articulates that every other dancer misses... superb! The ripple on the word "veins" in Galen's upper body made me shiver. You are fire sis!
After watching obsessively, y'all notice the smirk on Galen's face that disappears as quickly as it came... the one eye peeking instead of both??? It makes the performance more intense.
I agree. I have to do more re-watches. The other girls are great, but it feels like Galen captures this with intricacy that is unmatched by the other women, however talented they may be. Perhaps that is because it is her own choreography? But I always find myself gravitating towards Galen even when I want to stay focused on the other dancers.

In all the years that have passed since I first saw this, I still haven’t seen anything come close. The way she transforms the meaning of the song with her choices, the way she is comfortable with stillness and slowness, the way the eyes and face become integral to the piece. She’s one of the only choreographers who explores the extent of the art form in this way. And no one dances it as well as she does either! Incredible, truly.

I completely disagree, this portrays the opposite of what human represents, sevdaliza knows it, such strong message should be coupled with a gentler sexier dance, the more feminine the better. Ffs she literally sings "i am human" only for them to do a robot-themed dance. Most people don't have sevdaliza's mature and deep persona, they can't embrace this song while truly bare, they have to do some complete unhumane dance to be able to go with it. Personally that 20sec segment that shows sevdaliza dancing in the music video is 10000x times better than all of this combined.

I swear Galen is my favorite choreographer. You can tell it's a Galen move because she has her own swag none can touch. She's such an expressionist when it comes to dancing, visually you can feel the music and understand the lyrics more.

Her (Galen) facial expression control is noteworthy, you notice alot of dancers don't have that and make the weirdest faces lol. Her level of control, sharpness and fluidity correlating to every layer of a song. Art. Galen is a masterpiece.

after watching the lead girl in the first group, i did not want to watch anymore, i was worried the other group(s) wouldn't do it justice.she embodied the choreo and the song. just FLAWLESS!.
The girl in the middle of the 2nd group was sloppy in comparison to the 1st group. She also did not dance with the group but attempted to shine on her own which in turn made did not flatter her.

I watched this video five times, mainly of the first group. I literally couldn't keep my eyes off of galen. She's one of the best choreographers in the game. Her choreography to me is like looking at a rare basqiuat painting, its BEAUTIFUL, and the way she dances is so poised and regal, I'm obsessed.
While I think the choreography is exquisite I do think it suits (especially the early robotic parts) to the more angular ladies better since they feel more pointy and robotic and flat in their physical expressions. The second group did amazing in this part.

Galen’s choreographies are genuine art 🖼 she uses every part of her body from her tongue to her toes for the point of the song. While I was shaking is not a bad thing to do, I don’t prefer seeing that for every choreography. I’m trying to see a story so I really appreciate her mind and choreographies as a result of it

Dancing in heels is SO DIFFICULT! People don't seem to realize the depth of how different heels choreo is from barefoot choreo. It's SO HARD to pick up, the people in this video (and anyone else who dares to take on this style of dance) are automatically great dancers for pulling that off

I really loved this. The creative imagery of this choreography was a visual and mental feast (for me).
And I just started taking some film and photography courses, and I have so much more respect for Tim Milgram. It takes serious time and skill to make these videos look this good. Tim, you planning to start an intern program because I'd like to be the first applicant.

I personally feel that it is someone's job to dislike these videos because this was beautiful. Like the timing and intricacy and the fact that they're doing it in heels. The steps aren't overly difficult and it's pretty simple movements, but the skill comes from the execution and timing which is where the difficulty comes from, and obviously doing it all in heels. Galen needs to be placed in some dance hall of fame because I don't even understand how someone's mind works in such a way for something like this to be thought of and created....JUST AMAZING
