I've been meditating since Class-1 to 10 as I stood in hostel of Buddhist School, which fetched me a Good results in my Class 10th final. After that, I went to a dummy school, stopped practicing meditation, addicted in gaming. And it's been 4 years I'm still in my worst phase of my life. Going to restart the beautiful habit I once had. I do it for 40-45 mins daily. Indeed when you unlock that part where your thoughts narrowed down to Zero. Trust me that feeling is magical, you feel so light and liberated.

I am 23 years old and I did Vipassana ( 10 days ) before 6 months but I didn't apply it in my normal life , and before Vipassana I followed lot of meditation , I think I started meditation from age of 16 or 17 ( when I dropped school due to migraine and I was topper of my Gujarat state ) , but unfortunately I didn't follow regularly those techniques also , But still I got lot of benefits from meditation. Thanks ankur bhai for your all helpful videos..
I am happy to hear your experience, more happy that it helped you. Only one thing i found is , you just realised the peace of mind, by mindfully guiding your mind to focus on one thing. But i wish if you would have tried more or might do in later years as ur life demands you might try to seek for the real question, who am i, i am sad that you are scared of religion. You dont need to. Only thing is if you would have gone to the deeper understanding of what is the inner meanings you would have finally realised who you are. How it helps you to be free and from where you could have been a far far unbelievable personality. I think you will seek it one day.

Please don't left this meditation habit if you're continuing from weeks and month, I have experienced the power of mindfulness where I used to sit 30 min everyday or sometimes more than that, but once the habit is broken, now it's very difficult to do it again even for 10 mins..
Gone through this whole video normally, and the best thing I noticed in you is you don't cut the scenes where you spell something wrong making us realize that, no one's perfect and there would be such like mistakes when you begin, you continue, so on. But you are the only one who is going to fix it alone and calmly....

I'm 17 yrs old now. I started meditation nearly 2/3 yrs ago, after trying many different types of meditation. I realised all were stopping me from thinking freely and controlling or stooping my thoughts. So, being fed up of it I formed my own meditation technique where I just sit and say to myself that "i can do whatever I want. I'm limitless. Nothing can stop me. Though I know I'm thinking so what will happen i can think anything I want as high or as low as I want. Its up to me.". And while doing this meditation since few months I have become more aware of myself. Whenever I think while meditating I'm aware of what I'm thinking and i allow myself to think and while being aware of all the thought coming and going. I just let myself be what I'm and think what I'm thinking.

Guided meditation is a good place to start with. I know of many ppl who want to meditate but have either not tried thinking it’s a complex process or just don’t know how to start. I am at the experimenting stage. I use guided meditation and it really helps but eventually I want to sit down in silence and meditate and listen only to my inner voice. Meditation also helps you to develop your intuition which is our natural internal navigation system. We spend most of our days either talking, reading or listening to ppl, videos - all these activities are happening externally and consciously. Our minds are always full but not mindful. It’s important to spend time with your own self - our unconscious mind is always trying to guide us and give us direction to use our potential to the fullest. I am hopeful of reaching that stage soon.

Ankur I find your voice very relaxing and calming, sometimes on stressful days it really helps to hear your videos . If you ever get sometime you should definitely try creating your own series of guided meditation. Sometimes its good to hear a calm relaxing voice such as yourself

I'm 17 yrs old now. I started meditation nearly 2/3 yrs ago, after trying many different types of meditation. I realised all were stopping me from thinking freely and controlling or stooping my thoughts. So, being fed up of it I formed my own meditation technique where I just sit and say to myself that "i can do whatever I want. I'm limitless. Nothing can stop me. Though I know I'm thinking so what will happen i can think anything I want as high or as low as I want. Its up to me.". And while doing this meditation since few months I have become more aware of myself. Whenever I think while meditating I'm aware of what I'm thinking and i allow myself to think and while being aware of all the thought coming and going. I just let myself be what I'm and think what I'm thinking.

Guided meditation is a good place to start with. I know of many ppl who want to meditate but have either not tried thinking it’s a complex process or just don’t know how to start. I am at the experimenting stage. I use guided meditation and it really helps but eventually I want to sit down in silence and meditate and listen only to my inner voice. Meditation also helps you to develop your intuition which is our natural internal navigation system. We spend most of our days either talking, reading or listening to ppl, videos - all these activities are happening externally and consciously. Our minds are always full but not mindful. It’s important to spend time with your own self - our unconscious mind is always trying to guide us and give us direction to use our potential to the fullest. I am hopeful of reaching that stage soon.
I started to explore meditation in lockdown at the age of 18. I think this is the thing that changed my life :)
