According to the books I’ve read and the series; OJ Made in America, Jason & OJ did not get along as Jason wasn’t very athletic, OJ gave him a hard time. Nicole however would be a buffer between them and take up for Jason to OJ. consequently Jason thought very highly of Nicole.
An observation, not a criticism - this lady seems to bear no resemblance to her sister whereas Denise, the way she looks and in mannerisms/ speech seems VERY similar.
