The responses to the SNP MPs every week is so abhorrent. Support them or not but they are raising the right issues for all people affected, and those people deserve a respectful response.
Starmer’s response to Dave Doogan was disgusting. The SNP lost most of their seats to his party, which a great many voters voted for tactically to remove the Tories. They didn’t vote for him with enthusiasm as even more people did for Tony Blair in 1997. What happened in July is irrelevant at this point, when so many people from all walks of life feel betrayed. He is just sticking his fingers in his ears and going la la la rather than attempting to address validly held concerns.
I’m sorry but this is ridiculous. I voted for the Labour party in the election but i’m so disappointed in his complete refusal to answer. The first SNP question was really really important and he made a really good point and Starmer completely brushes it off and has a laugh at the people’s expense. It’s absolutely disgraceful
