I have some concern that a lot of the future plans are not concrete. The company has a lot of interests over the long term or 15 year horizon. However, I didn't see a lot of definitive plans for the next 3 years to increase cash flow outside of external activities to the company. I would also like to see result of the testing of payment method and how much savings we should see as they hit different percentage mix goals of digital payment. Also, what methods were used to move customers to the cheaper digital payment method
When will the Vineyard Toll be extended? Too congested, even the tag lanes. Many persons work in town and live in St. Catherine and Clarendon. Can't have traffic on the toll
An issue i have is when you top up your t-tag through the app it takes hours for your balance to update. is anything being done so this can be updated in real time rather than to wait so long?
has to do with the database they are using, they need to move things maybe to the cloud or use AWS DynamoDB to get those live updates like a Sunpass in Florida
