I agree with them that fundamentals of the company are important and are strong, and despite the general malaise among the population the economy is doing good. However, one of the macro factors Robert explained is faulty, and I hope they are not hedging their bet on it, that is, the expectation of some kind of exponential increase in mortgage demand because of all the constructions taking place. This increase would only happen if the majority of these properties were being purchased by Jamaicans, but they won't. The Jamaicans who can purchase them will be the minority due to the prohibitive cost of these properties. Unless there is something he knows that I (we) don't, foreigners are not known for seeking mortgages from Jamaican financial institutions. I take his point, however, that there will be a need for increased insurance.

The brand ncb is starting to sound like an authorized scam. Ncb is currently trading less than the apo price. Tell me why I should buy ncb at a $65 bond price when it's on the open market for $61.84 as we speak? Kmt.

I use lynk to do everything at this point

NCB has "NCB Pay ewallet" which basically does the same thing as "Lynk ewallet". The Play store reviews for Lynk is not good either. You dont have to work for the company or have insider knowledge to know if ppl are actually using the app. We know Jacans use WhatsApp because we all personally know more than 5, 20, 50+ ppl who use WhatsApp. Its the same with Lynk and JamDex. Do you personally know 5 ppl who use the app. Ja is under 3 million ppl, if you, your family, your frenz, your frenz family, and your frenz fren ain't using the app. Then the app is not being used.
