Happy Flint and Steel Saturday Jason, I have embraced punkwood cotton wool balls and white punk fungus with ash lye, and I am not going to do anything else, I have too much success with my nitrated bullrush to worry about using ash lye with it now that I have perfected my nitrated bullrush fluff recipe.
@@jasonedwardledburynewzeala9897 2-3 cups of hot water, 1 slightly heaped teaspoon of KNO3, the mildest and least volatile solution I've ever done and the most consistent and reliable. Takes a spark easily, no splutter or popping, slow consistent enmber/smouldering and works a treat.
