Cutting salmon for beginners

Aaron, you inspired me not to waste my fish. Last year I scraped the meat off the back straps and made salmon burgers with them. This year I’ve been smoking them along with the fins and collars. Taste so good picking that meat off the bones!

I eat the backbones also and head. I don't waste anything the skin is my favorite fried.
