In my previous list of future improvements I mentioned that at some point you need to do a full tear off of that roof and make sure the trusses are stronger for future storms and then re-roof the house. As for the trees, you dont want them under those power lines since if they blow over in the wind (storm) they can take down the power lines. And being in the countryside it may be weeks or months until they put the power lines back up. So you may need to move soem of them. What you “want” and what is “smart” may not be aligning. Good to see Panda looking so healthy.
Please invest in buying the metal or fiberglass ladder outside and a step ladder for inside. I bought one for my sister in Cebu and it is very convenient and safe.
We used liquid detergent too it is good for AWM because powdered detergent may leave particles inside the AWM in the long run of using and may affect the functionality.
Robbie has been here for a long time and from what I know or watched in previous vlogs, he was working in Poland. So it makes me wonder, he is on indefinite leave, resigned, on AWOL or fired from his job for him to have the luxury of having a very, very long vacation.

Acr-icard tourist has a limited access only. He needs to stay a year so he can open a bank account in pi. He needs to marry you so you can petition robbie and get a Acr-icard permanent visa.
This is wrong. To open a bank account he must have his ACR certificate and a Filipino address which he can have because MJ can certify that he lives with her. Apart from that he just needs his passport. Other requirements are from the bank only they are not legal requirements and they vary not only from bank to bank but also between individual branches. An example is that people applying for a SRRV can do so after they get their ACR and must deposit funds of various amounts in a Philippines bank account certified by the PRA. There are also SIRV visas that work in a similar way. These visas would not be possible if you could not open a bank account for 12 months.

Having an ACR doesn't really do much for foreigners....my partner has that as well for 2 yrs now and I tried to put him on my local bank account and the bank told him he can not open nor a joint account coz his ACR reads as TOURIST! So unfair. The Philippines is making it so hard for the foreigners to stay longer .....my partner has to renew his visa every two months and pays almost 4k pesos. Ridiculous!!!
